"The hotel is fantastic!!! We absolutely loved it! We initially booked for one day, but then decided to extend it for another day. It's best to buy an all-inclusive package, as the hotel is located far from amenities. But if you're traveling with a group or on your honeymoon, this is perfect. The staff is polite and friendly, the food is delicious, the amenities are excellent, and of course, the price is great. The only thing I might not like is the hot water. It's warm, perfect for showering during the day, but cool in the evening."

"بقينا 5 ليال مع 3 أشخاص في فيلا سيمبا جيك في لوفورد وكان رائعا. الصور التي وجدناها على الإنترنت لم تصنع العدالة فيلا. في الواقع، كانت هذه هي المرة الأولى التي نقيم فيها فيلا. يمكنك توقع فيلا كبيرة من 3 طوابق مع غرفتين نوم وحمامين ، منطقة سكنية كبيرة ومريحة وعدة بقع مريحة للراحة في القطع. مطبخ وثلاجة كبيرة. كل يوم يتم تنظيف الغرف ويتم تقديم بعصير البعوض يومياً كذلك أحببنا المكان والهدوء والفخامة. كما استمتعنا أيضا بجلسات بجانب المسبح وكذلك النادي الشاطئي المجاور فقد كان كثيرا. كان حقاً يشعر وكأنه منزل بعيد عن المنزل، مثل سانتي سانا للجميع في لوفورد"

"We were so excited and booked and paid with no balances.We loved the pool and the attendant is kind.the ambiance is okay but requires proper maintaining of furniture. However, the carpets and rooms were dusty and the kitchen was worse. The bathrooms were dirty and drainage is wanting and no shower water how can guests complain and get a hard look with their concerns not addressed!! The host needs to do better with the staff or fire and hire professional staff. Generally we were disappointed and didnt feel we got value for our money."
