Premier Inn and staff were helpful through out. My wife is disabled and they helped us get a better room for disability purposes. We booked ultimate wifi and they helped set it up after the computer system had issues. Alice on the desk helped in this area late on a saturday and is to be commended. Breakfast and customer service was very good. Room was clean and functional. thanks for the stay.

Excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Bed comfortable, shower excellent.Hotel was clean throughout, smaller bedroom than some, but still plenty of room. Excellent cooked breakfast. Great location, was close to shopping centre and supermarket. There was also ample parking. Only two minors we had room next to stairwell so had frequent banging of fire door closing and selection was poor for continental breakfast. Had to wait for fruit salad to be replenished, then wait for croissants and brioches to be cooked.

What wonderful hosts!! They catered for us at short notice and the staff were brilliant!! Nathan, Ellie and Aaron were outstanding throughout. It was a busy night in half term and they did not stop throughout! We were in a half term trip with out children. I honestly have not seen the same work ethic as these three in any hotel I have ever stayed in!! They were outstanding, managed everything from check in to the restaurant and all helping each other when they could. 10/10 I would stay in any premier inn if the standard was like they have shown here this week!!

Good value and comfortable Staff (Nathan) was really helpful and saved the day with emergency clothing repair kit- thank you! Nice coffee in the restaurant. Convenient location near town centre. Good facilities in bedroom and clean en suite

Great stay at the Premier Inn Malvern from the moment we arrived until we left we were well looked after. We opted for early book in and arrived at 1130am we were provided with the room we requested with no dramas. Reception were very helpful and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was brilliant we gave an estimated time and when we came down there were no queues and plenty of clean tables.

Great stay! Hotel is well maintained and clean. Room was nice and quiet and also well maintained! We paid for breakfast for both days and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. This is close to family so very convenient for us, great price! We will return!
