Crowne Plaza Constanta - Mamaia Beach

From the moment I arrived at the front desk I was welcomed by a very polite and charming young lady that provided me with a fantastic Seaview room (104) and in addition all the information on the hotel which was amazing. Room was lovely and I slept like a log!! All amenities were in the room that you would ever need and the view of the pool and the beach from the veranda was perfect. The only thing I could criticise was the IHG free WiFi. It was useless!! Thankful the reception desk sent up one of their IT guys who connected me to another network and this seemed to work ok. However the hotel really needs to look at the IHG free WiFi as it was beyond a joke from the room at least. Breakfast was adequate with again everything you would need to start your day. A pool is located down stairs and there is a beach directly behind that with access to the sea. I will at some point soon return to this area with work and will stay here again. Next time I will have to take my wife

The experience of being in this hotel is very pleasurable. The views was awesome, like looking for lake and for at the same time is one of cool things I watched. And the best thing about this time what spend in hotel is Daria. The most gorgeous, adorable, beautiful and kindest person I ever see in this travel. I hope she gets extra holidays for working so hard, because she is extra helping with smile on her wonderful face. The lobby view is the best in hole Romania, because Daria is staying there. I give 5 star to this hotel and extra 15 to his best worker Daria. Thank you for having stuff like Daria.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The first weekend we spent was so lovely that we decided to return for another weekend. Unfortunately, the hotel had a child’s birthday party booked at the pool this trip, so there were about 15 unruly non-hotel guest children who overtook the pool the entire afternoon. While we were still allowed to use the pool, it was extremely unpleasant, crowded, and downright dangerous considering the behavior of the children. The spa was also closed all day Saturday, so we were unable to book massages. I had recommended this hotel to several people for a relaxing weekend, but I will no longer recommend it. Absolute disaster.

The hotel is new, having been opened in July 2024, with all facilities new and very well functioning. Great, polite and solution oriented staff everywhere - reception, restaurant, spa. We enjoyed the stay, the room was large and comfortable. Location is on the beach. Indoor pool was clean with warm water. Totally recommend the place for what it offers and for teh staff!

Amazing brand new hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice. Great amenities pool and spa. Amazing location directly by great beaches and the best party spot in Mamaia. In summer you should not hope for a quiet time though the clubs are directly in front of the hotel. But I assume you do not go to mamaia for quiet in summer

Very good staff.Sofiana, Daria,Irina , Oana, Gabi,Adelina,Claudia,the Indonesian staff everyone was professional,warm and very attentive to my needs.great terrace swimming pool and cozy spacious room water pressure was great .plenty of everything .exquisite food Maybe they should advertise somehow seeing they just opened not everybody knows they exist in Constanta.good luck ahead ,I'll be back .ps they even have blow dryer and iron .
