Beautiful beach house The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sand, with the soothing sound of the waves always in the background. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, but the real highlight is the balcony. The sunset view is absolutely breathtaking !

Spectacular views and a wonderful location I was able to stay for a long weekend over 4th of July with three other members of my family. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The location is nice as well. We were even able to watch a loggerhead lay her eggs one evening from the balcony. The ocean was warm and there were a lot of sharks teeth everywhere you looked. The condo was very clean and had all the necessary supplies. I would highly recommend this condo for a family relaxing vacation.

Summer Vacation Was a great stay!!! everything was perfect. We are Florida locals and when we go the beach we want to be directly on the beach , this Condo checks all the boxes on our list. We also love Manasota Key. We will definitely be staying here again.

Reunion on the Gulf Three high school friends enjoyed a lovely stay at this condo. Our second visit. Had a couple small issues at check-in and the owners were super responsive and helpful. You cannot beat the location of this property.

Spring Break Vacation We enjoyed our stay at the Gulfview condo. It was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the gulf/beach from our deck! The beach is beautiful and quiet. There are restaurants/bars within walking distance and more selections a short drive from the Island.
