Ibis Manaus Distrito Industrial

This Ibis hotel is very bad. There were small insects in room and also mosquitoes. Reception service was also bad, no answer on phone number from room. I went downstairs to discuss my issue. I stayed in other Ibis hotels in other parts of the world, they were very good. I don’t know why this Ibis isn’t not better.

Rooms are not well maintained

I had a pleasant stay at ibis Manaus. The hotel offers great value for money, especially for short stays or business trips. The rooms are simple but clean and functional, with comfortable beds and reliable air conditioning — a must in the Manaus heat. The staff was courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle-free. I appreciated the 24-hour front desk and how secure the property felt. The breakfast was decent, with a good mix of local fruits, pastries, and hot items. There’s also a small restaurant and bar area that’s convenient for a quick bite or drink in the evening. While the location is more business-oriented and not in the main tourist area, it’s still relatively easy to get around by taxi or app-based ride services. Overall, ibis Manaus is a clean, comfortable, and affordable option for travelers who prioritize practicality and value.

I was really impressed with my stay. The updates to the lobby are noticeable and make the space feel modern and welcoming. I truly appreciated the hotel's commitment to protecting animals and being pet-friendly, it says a lot about their values. The burger at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the air conditioning in the rooms was perfect, exactly what I needed during this work trip. Everything came together to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable.
