Honest latest review. Just about a 3* hotel at best. Rooms & Hotel is / are clean and tidy. Rooms were large, clean and the shower warm & powerful. I also found the staff helpful on most occasions and they all can understand English at least. Be aware, you DO have to pay for cocktails if you want them, very annoying. They also did not take too kindly when trying to order your own version of mixed drinks, to make cocktails yourself. Take Euro's if you can as the whole area in Side, seems to use that currency. Pool area is good, clean and we used it daily, as is the beach area. Food is the main issue, with repetitiveness of choice, the biggest issue. You can put up with it for about 3-4 days, but after that a change is needed, and we ate out. Would I go back to the hotel again...NO, but would I go back to the area, yes for sure.

The website pictures are very deceiving, it is very dark and could use better lighting. Upon arrival granted this was 1am, the man at the reception desk had very little English. We were given a duplex room instead of the 2 bedroom apartment as booked. We challenged this and were told to speak to the manager next day. Next day we advised them and we were not given an apology but instead offered late check out. We refused this as we had paid extra to get a 2 bedroom apartment. We were told there were none left and we said we were not happy about this. They then said if we could stay another night, then they'll move us next day after breakfast. As a travel agent, I had emailed them 2 weeks prior requesting to have an official meeting with them to forge a business relationship. I didn't get a response and even when i mentioned this at the desk, they were not bothered. The hotel facilities were sub standard, the spa was not fully functional. It could do with a refurb, only bedrooms and some parts of the hotel had air con. Internet instructions on welcome letter outdated and incorrect, we had to go to reception for them to log us into WIFI. Connection wasn't good at the hotel it was hit and miss Customer service was really bad, it was not communicated about swimming towels being changed between 1600hrs-1800hrs downstairs in the spa. Man in the spa, was busy on his mobile and served me whilst he continued with his conversation. When going to the reception desk, the staff were not attentive, they would be on their phones and would not acknowledge your presence. It was not clear who staff were as some did not wear uniform. The room set up was weird, double bed was near the door and second bedroom had singles were I would have had it the other way round. Food was ok, it was average, there was something to choose from, every night there was a BBQ or something different outside the restuarant. There were several occassions where there weren't enough plates Overall a poor stay and we had to make the most of the the stay

We arrived at the hotel just after midnight. There was only one person at reception. No one around to take to luggage to the room. Hardly anyone spoke english so was difficult to communicate. food was same everyday and very bland. one of my husbands designer top went missing. I was told it may have flown away, but I feel it was stolen. Most staff could not help as they didn’t understand englisg. The waiters were all so nice and attentive yet whenever we needed to speak to the manager she was not around or we were told she is not here. Only once managed to meet her regarding my complaint about my husbands top. She never got back to me. If you are not fussed about all this then you can book this hotel, however, I cane to turkey 17 years ago and since then not much has change. Hopefully I will not be returning.

This hotel is by first the worst hotel I've ever stayed in,rude staff food poisoning which 4 out of 6 of us got!!!!!!! Locked us out of our room insisting on money with our passports in there,drinks are disgusting,food kept from lunch all the way through until dinner and even put out the next day,the hotel takes no responsibility for any of the problems and love holidays I will never book through again. AVOID this hotel at all costs as it ruined our family holiday

Very bad experience We arrived at the hotel at 9.30 pm on 22.08.2023 and received the room at 02 am on 23.08.2023.The staff at the front desk on that day very rude and inexperienced. After they asked for our passports, they laughingly told us that they don't have a room for us and they have problems with the plumbing.We contacted the company i made the reservation and the hotel said that I refused the room. They are lied.We don’t have access to the internet until we get to the room.I spent lots of money on the phone to contact the company we have booked the holiday.Nobody offer water or food.I ask for food and I was told dinner is finished and maybe some soup if we want but that’s all nobody brings anything so we don’t have food no water until after midnight new staff come in and we were able to speak with them in English this gentleman was very kind and helpful he apologised for inconvenience and tell us we need to we wait 1 hour for the customers to leave and we receive that room he offered water and coffee really polite guys.Thank you night staff.The food is not great,we did not starve but was not enjoyable. They don’t have fresh Turkish food.Onion ring’s every meal on display if you love it.All meat frozen.Staff not smiling and rightfully so, their boss walked defiantly among the tables. The list is long, but I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Never again. Stay away from this hotel.
