Very good animation team. That did a lot for all the guests, and made it a very fun entertaining trip. They were like a best friend for us

To start with I must say my little kids have enjoyed the holiday therefore I gave four stars and not less. This is not 5 star hotel but 4 star at best. Food very average. Not the worst but definitely not great. Drinks were basic but drinkable. Dining rooms were always packed but due to size of the resort it was understandable however sometimes it was difficult to find a place toe seat. Room was good, spacious enough however bit outdated. However, cleaning services very poor even though we tipped the cleaning lady very first day. After few days we had dirty and wet towels which we requested to change but they just folded them and put back on the shelf. Swimming pools were good a kids have enjoyed them very much. Nearby beach was also fine. Plenty of seats so no issue to find a place. Programs for guests or kids were enjoyable and there was also always something to do. Special comment deserves the photo studio in the resort and special thanks to Tony and Khan who did a great job and the photos were stunning

This was our first time in Turkey and we had a brilliant holiday. We're an English family of four, our children are aged 8 and 12. I have to say - do not let the TripAdvisor views ruin your excitement for this hotel. Most of the grumbles on TripAdvisor are without merit as lots of information can be found on the website in advance. The entire resort is very clean, and staff walk around constantly to keep it that way. The buildings are beautifully decorated. The pools are lovely, warm, and clean. There are loads of sunbeds and you don't need to get up super early to find a place. The staff work hard to keep the restaurant tables cleaned and ready to go for the next visitors. There was plenty of food. Make sure you visit the "outside" cooking areas for everything! I found all the bar staff really friendly and all the staff speak English. This is not a hotel full of Russians/Germans etc, there are plenty of English speaking visitors. The entertainment was good and we enjoyed the dance shows and the crowd interaction. The hotel itself is made up of several buildings and the place is huge. You need to be good at walking that's for sure. The hotel is in a really good location and we were well placed for excursion pick up and drop offs, and some evenings we walked along the beachfront to Side Promenade. The only negative things I can think of are as below: - If you are not good at walking, this hotel is not for you. - There are a few chargeable extras available everywhere. So it's easy to overspend. - The food is what you make it, I'd say we're a "bland food" family when it comes to food so we did struggle making food choices. (Again, we've never been to Turkey so didn't know what to expect). There was always good food available though. - If you need internet that badly, get an eSim. It's cheaper and worked really well. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone.

Went at the end of August 2025 as a family of 4 and stayed for 14 nights. We had the Deluxe 2 bedroom apartment/room. It was lovely, balcony for both rooms and very spacious. The hotel was clean and we could see the pools and pool areas being cleaned very night. Not All-Inclusive, there are several additional charges, internet is only free in the lobby but very poor in the bedrooms. Be aware that the internet is charged to the room (1 device per log-in), decent coffee is £5euros, fresh juice is 3euros, all the shops/arcade is at an additional cost. The food is ok, depending on your personal taste. I personally found it catered from the Russian/German guest mostly. There are no ingredients list so please be aware if you have any dietary requirement or allergies. There is not a large selection of 'Turkish' Cuisine to choose from and it's mainly the same food everyday We had a meal at the A la Carte restaurant (Turkish), it was extremely disappointing to say the least. We selected the mixed grill meal, you literally got a thumb size piece of lamb and chicken on a ***** of flat bread with a spoonful of rice. The food can get quite repetitive after 1 week, so we choose the leave the hotel for dinner (personal choice) The hotel is close by local restaurants and shops, do leave the hotel as you can buy cheaper drinks and snacks outside the hotel. There is amazing steak restaurant call 'Buffalos' 5mins from the hotel, I would definitely recommend this place. The Hotel itself was visually 5 star, but that's all that was 5 star. Majority of the staff do not speak English (thank goodness for Google Translate) and the service could be better, but I believe this is due to staffing issues. The staff have multiple jobs at the hotel and this has resulted in the service not being very good. You would have a handful of staff that I very polite and helpful (mainly the younger employees) but the majority do not look happy to be there. The Shows in the evening were very good and were popular with the guest. Sunbed wars are crazy here, the hotel do not enforce their policy on sunbeds. But if you find a pool person and slip them some money they will help you find a sunbed. The pools are great and it is 5mins from the beach, you can take a bus or taxi outside to visit the sites. Double check to see what the minimum taxi fare is as there can be quite high.

First off when we arrived, our room was really dirty. The floor was full of sand we complained and they cleaned it. By the end of the holiday, there was still sand on there even though we complained several times about the cleanliness of the room. There was fake eyelash’s that were wiped on the mirror, which were there when we arrived and still there when we left. We are English family with two young children and there are lots and lots of steps everywhere you go. You must walk a few flights upstairs to go to the pool to the toilet to the bar. We really struggled with the food although there were some things that was nice. We have been to much, much better places in Turkey with proper Turkish cuisine and Turkish kebabs et cetera but this food was virtually un edible to our children. The hotel is definitely not 5 star I would say it’s a 3 star. The worst bit of all is there is cocktails, ice creams, Wi-Fi available but you have to pay for everything. They’re always trying to sell you something. it is all inclusive, but the bars are really far away from the pool depending where you are located (if you can get a sunbed that is) Waiters just come round to ask you what you want to drink bring you your drinks and then charged you €10 per drink. Needless to say, I wouldn’t go back. The only reason we didn’t get a one star was because the staff do seem friendly.
