This was our fourth time in Turkey. The most expensive hotel and the worst experience. Let's start with the positives. A beautiful lobby, a nice beach, and good internet. The hotel doesn't deserve the deluxe name, why? The rooms were cleaned very superficially; you had to ask for toilet paper, water, or free samples for the bathroom. The food was very limited. There was no bottled water available on the hotel premises; only tap water, which unfortunately led to stomach problems. The pool near the bar was very slippery; during my stay, there were four accidents, including my son's. The waffle dispenser was dirty and dingy. Waffles were counted and thrown at guests who asked for, say, two waffles. The lady at the ice cream dispenser was furious. The slides and children's pool are under a roof covered with old rags. But the worst experience was on our last day. On the day of our departure, after breakfast, we wanted to take some rolls and sweets for the kids, as our flight wasn't until the evening. The manager made a scene in front of all the guests asking why we were packing them. They took them away. I've been to Turkey four times and have never been treated like this. I honestly don't recommend it. There are better hotels where guests are treated with respect, not like thieves. Other hotels offer lunch box if fly is very late but not this hotel. One more thing , evening animation superb.

The best hotel I’ve been to. I think the dance shows were my favourite. And the food was so amazing there were so many choices. And my favourite dancer was Rafa. They were all so kind and fun people.
