Alarcha Hotels & Resort - Ultra All Inc

We have been staying at this hotel for 3 days now, and unfortunately, we are very disappointed, especially considering the price we paid – €2300. The rooms are extremely small. We are a family with two young children (ages 5 and 2), yet we were given a double room with just a baby crib that has a very poor-quality mattress. The food is also quite disappointing, with very limited options. Every year we come to Antalya for our holidays, and even in cheaper hotels, the food was much better. For example, watermelon – a fruit that’s commonly and generously served in Antalya – is never available here. The hotel claims to be Ultra All-Inclusive, but it definitely doesn’t meet that standard. For example, there is no coffee available in the morning until 10:00 AM. For guests who wake up early, this is frustrating. We also had a small incident where our daughter got a splinter from the wooden boards at the beach. When we asked for assistance from the hotel doctor to remove it, the first thing they asked was whether we had health insurance – which we found absurd for such a minor issue. The hotel itself looks nice and is close to the beach, but overall, the service is very poor and not at all what we expected from a so-called Ultra All-Inclusive experience.

Отель не тянет на 5*. Уборки нет, за 9 дней убрались 3 раза. Питание стандартное, голодными не останетесь, очереди в столовой . Спа зона очень уставшая. Аниматоры вяленькие, шоу каждый вечер аля местный дк. Территория отеля небольшая, очень много отдыхающих что утомляет. Вечерами чувствуется запах теплиц (удобрение) аромат огонь. Номера входящие на трассу шумные, спать только в берушах или с закрытым окном.

«1 hafta boyunca bu otelde kaldım ve hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Her şey mükemmeldi, benimle tam anlamıyla ilgilenildi. Otelin görselliği inanılmaz güzel ve gerçekten çok şık. Animasyon ekibine ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum; sabah, öğleden sonra ve akşamları durmaksızın bizleri eğlendirdiler. Tüm ekibi tebrik ediyorum, harika bir iş çıkariyorsunuz ! 👏✨

Everything was perfect, from the wonderful staff to facilities, highly recommended for everyone who wants to enjoy Turkey. It was clean, fun, nourishing food, amazing SPA and day/night activities, beach is also perfect… you will enjoy it to the fullest
