Breaktime has a great location, on a quiet block but close to restaurants and shopping. It's well kept and stocked and really comfortably furnished, and has a very warm and welcoming feel--you feel immediately relaxed and at home. There's even a beautiful peaceful garden with patio to relax in. David is very easy to communicate with, and could not possibly be more helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Property was just right for us: centrally located, clean, comfortable—exactly what we needed for a fun weekend in Manchester. Our host was gracious and quick to respond to questions, even reaching out to apologize for a very minor thing (for which there was not reason to fret, but I appreciated his conscientiousness). Overall, very much enjoyed our stay.

Take Time for Break Time A reunion of 5 old friends...It was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house is very well equipped if you like to cook. The gardens are lovely and added to the pleasure of sitting on the patio both morning and evening as we did. Break Time is a great place to stay.
