位置很好去很多地方都方便，離火車站也是大約十分鍾，前枱也非常有禮貌，今次是第二入住有機會嘗試他們的早餐，雖然種類不算太多，但質素很好

The room tidy and clean , and the breakfast is very great .

This was an exceptionally fantastic experience and my second time staying at The Midland. A wonderful building steeped in history and elegance from top to bottom, wonderful ambience and atmosphere, delicious, fresh food and drink and the most friendly, helpful and courteous team of staff who could not do enough for the guests. Furthermore, you could not ask for a better city centre location, only a stones throw from everything you could possibly need. I will most certainly be back again on my next trip to Manchester!

Absolutely loved our stay at The Midland Manchester – everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely looked after, and the service throughout was faultless. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud – we had some of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in ages! The room service was prompt, professional, and the food was delicious – a real treat after a long day exploring the city. Speaking of relaxing – the spa was absolutely divine. Clean, calming, and wonderfully designed, it was the perfect escape. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – incredibly soothing and tailored to perfection. If you’re in need of some proper pampering, this is the place to be. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. Right in the heart of Manchester, everything is within walking distance, yet the hotel still manages to feel like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. All in all, The Midland is a true gem. Comfortable, elegant, and run by an outstanding team. We’ll absolutely be back!

The hotel and room was lovely, hairdryer wasn't working and seemed to be melted on the side, good location, spa all full on day of arrival and no complimentary birthday gift as requested but apart from small issues, was a nice stay

Absolutely stunning hotel, just unfortunate we didn’t get the chance to fully immerse ourselves as we ran out of time. We will be back

Very good

First time at the Midland, stayed 1 night and it was a very nice stay. Room didn’t have a view but it was only one night so not too bothered. Shower was decent, everywhere clean and bed was very comfortable. We paid for breakfast too and plenty of choice available and again very nice and filled us up for the day. Overall a brilliant stay

訂的行政大床房 床非常舒服 房間也比較大 除了有些輕軌的噪音 其他還好

We absolutely loved the experience and they really went well and beyond their duty to make surewe had a comfortable and a lovely stay, will recommend and their breakfast is so worth it!! And wont mind staying there again!
