Hotel stinks of damp. The rooms are like a shoe box. Staff are unhelpful and non existent. Stains on the bed sheets but no one around to raise the issue with. Noises and banging threw the night. Would avoid at all costs and find somewhere else to stay.

Booked through their website Price £65 which I paid when I arrived at reception I was informed it wasn't £65 it was actually £115.00 , so I asked for a refund but was told no manager available I used the toilet near to reception which was shabby and dirty . stay well clear of these con artists

Booked this hotel in advance for a trip in June 2020, the place charged 3 of us just short of a grand for a 2 night stay. The whole of the UK then went into an unforeseen lockdown due to COVID which left us unable to travel BY LAW, and the place refused us of a refund and still have our money to this day! We are 3 teens on part-time minimum wage. Absolute disgrace.

Great hotel, we were warmly greeted at the door and our bags were taken up to our room whilst we checked in. The room was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The staff were always on hand to give any directions and recommendations. Yes there was decorating work going on but it did not affect our stay in the slightest and it was nice to see them working hard to improve the hotel quality. We would definitely return the location was great and convenient. Only downside is it is noisy at times but that was no fault of the staff who we did see actively managing this. Overall we give 5 stars for this lovely experience and will be back

Great hotel on the outskirts of Manchester. Would highly recommend to those travelling or working in the city centre. The rooms are clean, comfy and reasonably priced. The people who work there are very friendly and polite. They go the extra mile which is really nice and appreciated

The hotel cancelled my booking as they are trying to selfishly take more money from customers for the Oasis gig at Heaton Park. Booking confirmed and they selfishly cancelled as looking to money grab for the event, instead of honouring the booking they have opted to create a money grabbing opportunity

The hotel room was ace and the venue outside too. Great music and good vibes all round. The hosts treated us like family, we will definitely return this summer when the weather is nice again. Top place
