Good hotel, comfortable stay, within 20 minutes walk from the Etihad Stadium and Piccadilly Station. Little issues with the Nespresso coffee machine as it was leaking water, but overall a good stay.

Fantastic! Loved it.. This hotel will be my choice whenever I want to stay in Manchester..
The room is big, beds are very comfy.
The breakfast has a very wide selection of options, they literally put everything in there

Location was great close to city centre and tram station short walk away with easy access to Co-Op Live for our concert.
Minor complaint that room was very dark with small window - limited view despite being on 8th Floor.

Great hotel. Well located and close to the main areas of Manchester such as northern quarter, Picadilly, canal street, Deans street etc. the train street is 7 mins walk and the road there is good to wheel suitcases

Decent location, however parking can be an issue depending when traveling, we were fortunate to get a space as close as possible as there is no access for vehicles to go directly outside the hotel and it has no parking facility. The attraction was the design of the building but seems it's a little dated and needs freshening up as some parts look outdated. Breakfast was very below par, probably wouldn't't book again and look for an alternative
