It's a comfortable place to book if you are planning to visit the city. It is near the cathedral and at 15-min walk to the city center and 20-min walk to Piccadilly station. Although the Wi-Fi connection is not strong and the facility lacks a little maintenance, the room is comfortable and quiet, even being on top of the pub. You have the pub at your door, so it makes it easier for partying and having something to eat. The cleaning personnel is very kind and cleans with dedication, even leaving air freshener to make your experience more enjoyable. The facilities are easy to use.

Excellent location opposite the Shudehill Exchange for my onward travel. Lovely pub, very pleasant, helpful staff and cracking beer. The room was clean and reasonable for the money. However, the shower room was very small and difficult to move around in. Most importantly, the room was very poorly ventilated and stuffy. A broken fan resided in the wardrobe.

I have too say from making the booking too checking in it was a happy experience Myself and my partner stayed for one night and had a lovely time. Staff were helpful and friendly rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Are room did get very warm in the night but they had 2 fans provided which solved this issue all in all location was great and so was the price, will stay again.

A small solo room, ideal for my requirements. Clean and well stocked with toiletries, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The room was quite warm, but a fan had been provided. Ideally located for city centre. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and check in and showed me to the room and kindly explained the location of tram, which is literally opposite the Lower Turks Head (very awesome as I felt safe travelling/using tram at night). Toiletries available and the room was cosy, chose no window and was very quiet to sleep in. Entry to the room was easy, even when the Pub is closed the rooms can be entered. Highly recommend as it's in a great location and easy to find!

A good old pub with lots of history unfortunately it has terrible beer choices. Although the pewed seats and panel wall are very distinctive. A Joseph holt pub. So it also does food and Holt beer such as crystal and diamond if that is to your liking.

Brilliantly situated in Manchester for the tram and bus service . The hotel is lovely every body friendly and helpful . My room was really good and a very comfy bed , en suite bathroom and a balcony .tea and coffee supplied with a TV when relaxing

Nice big room. Very clean and with shampoo etc available. Comfy bed and double doors to balcony give plenty of light and ventilation. Good pub, good beer as well. Good price for central Manchester. V friendly staff that show you to your room. Check in and out very easy. Have access in and out when pub is closed

Basic room and very small but what I expected for the price and location. It was perfect for 1 night and I was worried it would be noisy as the pub downstairs is very busy but I wasn't disturbed and slept very well! There was no window so it was warm and the fan provided was very welcome. The TV didn't work very well but I didn't need it for the time I spent in the room. The man who showed me to my room was very friendly and carried my bag for me. Overall I had a good experience and would book here again for a 1 night stay as a perfect central location.
