Last year, I booked two rooms with Pierre & Vacances and had to pay a €400 deposit (€200 per room). Due to a payment issue at check-in, I was promised that the deposit would be refunded - but a year later, I am still waiting. Despite sending over 40+ emails, countless calls, and repeated follow-ups, they have simply ignored everything. I am not the only one: multiple other guests I spoke to are facing the exact same issue. It seems like their strategy is just to ignore all refund requests and hope that your travel insurance will cover the loss instead. In November, after months of silence, a colleague named Romain finally contacted me, confirming that the €400 would be refunded that week. However, even after that clear promise, I have still received nothing, and again, no replies to my follow-ups since. The problem is not just the missing money, it’s the complete lack of communication and responsibility. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. Don’t book your vacation here unless you’re willing to risk losing your deposit. Awful company and absolutely horrible communication.

Great Service, But Not Family-Friendly The only really good thing about this place was the service from the reception staff — they were excellent. It seems like this place is aimed at families with children, but we felt more like we were in a prison when we were by the pool area, and we've traveled a lot with kids over the past 14 years. No pool toys allowed, no swim goggles, no swimming underwater, no sandals (you burn your feet), and you're not allowed to bring drinks except for water. It's a bit of a letdown when you're on vacation. On Sundays and Mondays, the nearest restaurant is closed, and it's a 15-minute walk to the closest grocery store. So if you're a family traveling with kids, I wouldn't recommend this place. It's more suitable for single older couples.

- Wrong room - Only 1 bed Cover and 1 towel for 2 Persons - different defects in the room (shower head sliding down etc.) - bunk Bad really short - in the room with the bunk bed is the Main door which is made of glass with a movement controlled Light in Front of it. In the night every 20min. the Light goes on every time a Person goes by. - would be ok quality for a low Budget hotel but not for these Medium prices.

The residence is in a very pleasant position along the river Siagne and at a short distance from the beach. Even in winter, when we stayed there, it was very pleasant. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. What we didn't like was the sofa bed, we found it very uncorfortable to sleep on and the pillows, too big and too high (we both got back pain for that). Apart from this everything was good and would recommend it.
