這是所見過最奇葩的、酒店從業水平低下、混亂不堪的酒店。下午預訂的房間，晚上10點40左右入住，前台給8330房卡，打開一看房間內一片狼藉根本沒有打理。打前台電話打不通，衹好再下去，重新換房間8337。再打開8337，首先映入眼簾的是房間圓桌上擺着的兩個枕套，仔細看應該是未使用過的，床上放着的枕頭搞不清楚是更換過還是未更換，呈污穢黃跡，床單也是爛的。差評，不推薦入住。

環境：安靜，小城人口不多
設施：無空調，氣候原因也不需要。停車場地面地下都有，早餐廳和停車場是和美豪酒店共用的。還不錯。比較舊，有維護。洗手間略小了點，尚可。
客房服務員懶散狀態，但是不影響服務。
前台服務不錯。
大廈改建酒店的。

酒店位置在茫崖還是不錯的，自駕停車也非常方便，有地下停車場。出門吃飯買水果超市買東西都非常方便。住的房型也不錯。唯一就是前台熱情度欠佳，問早餐問題一句話：訂單裏有早餐就有，沒有早餐就沒有，本想問買早餐多少錢，就在酒店吃早餐，但看她壓根不想多説幾句，就打消了問話。

开了一天车，好不容易到了酒店（贵宾楼在前排連棟商品房的后面，问街辺的人，也沒有人知道，很不好找），心想趕快洗个热水澡消除一天的奔波。天晓得才洗个头，浴室的水就因為排不出去而流到外面造成整個溶廁间都是水，只好趕快把头擦乾，通知前台叫人來処理，真是惱火，太失望，
酒店的態度冷漠，好像事故發生很正常，事不關己，连句抱歉的话都不存在、說不出。什么年代了，还𠕇这样的老大心態及行為。

停車很方便，有地下車庫，酒店門口有個小院也可以停，出門馬路邊上也有好多吃飯的地方，右手邊有一家清真的餐廳，量大，味道好。

一個人來環遊大西北，在芒崖看見了冬天的艾肯泉，也祝到了心儀的酒店，停車方便，入住很快，房間也比較舒適。環境也很贊，最主要的是乾淨衞生！這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值！下次有機會肯定還會來！太棒了！！！！
