Location is perfect, near to public transportation and near to famous tourist spots. Staff are very accpmodating. Whole hotel is so clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is excellent, they change the food selection everyday.5/5

This is an excellent hotel for the price. It is a newer property and very convenient to get to the airport. The beds was clean and very comfortable. The room is colorful and nicely decorated. This is not a full service hotel, as it doesn’t have a full service price. If you want bottled water, just order some via Grab. If you just need to spend a night or two as your transit through Manila, this is perfect. The breakfast was limited, but good. There’s also an omelet station and the top floor has a great view. We also received great service from the front desk. My one suggestion would be to deep clean the shower floors. The room is too new for the shower floor to look a bit dirty. Other than that, I would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Pacific Bay Grand Suites The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests. The location was perfect—close to [Robinson's Manila , making it easy to explore the area. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was a great stay, we just didn't try the pool as it's not that accessible. AC is a bit old too but served its purpose.

The staff were kind enough to let me leave my bags at the hotel even though the check-in time is still at 2PM because I explained that I had an event starting at 8AM. I have no negative comments but I was weirded out by my room having a door that connects to the room next door. It can be locked from the inside so that's a relief but I still had it blocked overnight using a chair just in case. Overall, it was a decent stay. Malate CCAs, if you follow Pearl Garden, everyone will follow. I love Pearl Garden! It's located in a JTV dense area, so it's easy to move around on foot, and if you're looking for entertainment, you'll be satisfied.

Basic amenties - towels, toothbrush, and paste. I liked the liquid soap provided - did not dry my skin. Some rust on the soap and shampoo container as it was steel/metal bottle. Room was clean enough. Linens fresh and crisp. The room size was decent. The AC was a little loud. Robinsons mall is nearby. Alot of food options around the hotel.
