I requested for early check-in. When I reached there at 7 am, they denied check in as I can do it only after 2 pm. As it was business trip I requested for using the washroom atleast they denied though they had vacant rooms
The receptionist said they will allow if I done walk in. It is useless to book rooms especially in this hotel . Inhumane behaviour

They charge this much for such unhygienic property.
The pillow they gave us had brown stains on it , the leather chair had visible dust stain on it indicating no proper cleanup since ages.
Overall the room was terrible and suffocating plus the staff I talked to in the reception wasn't very nice either.

I recently stayed at Hotel Green Tea Suites in Manipal and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. It's a good place to relax and unwind, especially if you're visiting the area for work or leisure. Definitely recommend for a pleasant stay in Manipal!

The property is located at Manipal & not Udupi. Located close to MAHE & MIT campus, suitable for parents visiting. However think twice before booking a non AC room as this is a coastal area.
The staff are really nice & helping. Their politeness will blow your mind
