Mercure Hotels in Mannheim

We love staying at this hotel when we are in Mannheim. It is very central. The staff is always very friendly. They take our requests into account. Our room was always very clean. We can highly recommend this hotel.

My meeting was well planned and the food was also delicious and offered me as a vegetarian with a lot of choice. Personal was friendly and despite a lot of guests (for Mannheim Gardens Show) always helpful. The meeting rooms were badly cooled on the first day. I couldn't transfer my rooms on the next day on the lunch because of so many guests, since my toilet glasses (circa 614) were already broken when checking in and had to be careful about injury risk. Otherwise everything was okay and I could enjoy my beer in the garden at night !
