I really want to give this hotel a serious compliment. 🏨
The room's overall decor is simple and elegant, and the moment you enter the hallway, you'll feel warm and comfortable. 👍🏻
The family room we booked was exactly as pictured, excellent! There's a small living room at the entrance, followed by a wash area, and then the bed and window. The bedding was excellent, and the pillows were very comfortable.

I want to praise the breakfast, as we arrived early and planned to just grab a bite, but I didn't expect it to be so comprehensive. 👍🏻 Besides the standard breakfast, they offer innovative options like pre-made sandwiches, glutinous rice cakes, and fried dumplings. The meat dishes are so filling, they could easily be lunch if you arrive late, hahaha. The service was excellent, too.

The front desk ladies were also very nice, and even gave us a lacquer fan to stamp upon arrival!

I stayed for three days during the May Day holiday. I stayed in a regular king-size bed, a regular twin bed, or a loft. I felt that the room design, environment, and hygiene were all good. The rooms also had balconies.
The most satisfying thing was that there was drinking water in the corridor that I could take at will. Every time I went out to play, I would bring a small bottle. The lobby also provided bottled water in a thermostat, which was very convenient for the elderly and children to drink.
The service was very enthusiastic and very satisfactory. It is suitable for long-term or short-term stays.

The environment and service are first-class. It's just too far from the city center. It's closer to Yangma Island. The hotel gave me souvenirs when I left. There are not many types of breakfast. The most important point is that the hotel restaurant does not have an exhaust fan. After breakfast, I smelled of oil. I hope it can be improved.

1.位置方面，在福山區這裏，離金沙灘近點，離芝罘區三十多公里，晚上出行高峯時得開一個小時過去，回來的時候車少就半個小時到了。
2.車位很多，還有充電樁，免費停車的，出去可以告訴前台給抬桿不花錢
3.隔音效果可以的，在寵物樓層沒有聽到過其他房間的聲音。住的是10樓，觀景也不錯。裝修時間近，設施比較好。電梯旁放了水，房間水喝完了就不用叫前台了，直接自己拿很方便👍
4.房間廁所乾濕分離，馬桶是智能馬桶，不用擔心涼屁股哈哈，淋浴沒有看懂水流大小怎麼調節 
5.餐廳在二樓，健身房，桌球桌，早餐品類挺豐富的，速食的，現煮的，炒菜，水果都有👍還有沙拉很不錯。空間都很大，不會感到擁擠。
6.自助洗衣機在一樓，去的時候正好機器都在工作，前台的美女幫我們烘洗了👍感謝
7.服務方面，沒的説，體驗感很棒。前台各位美女熱心温柔 
😁當晚帶着毛孩子到處找酒店，還是比較累的，金沙灘人挺少現在

設施：設施不錯。但隔音效果不好，晚上1點半還有客人大聲聊天，聲音直直住在2樓的我們，一對男女自己不睡也不能在庭院中大聲説話影響樓上，其次早上7點多又被樓上3樓的小孩的奔跑聲吵醒，我暈，晚上基本沒睡多少時間。酒店由於是新的，晚上開空調聲音很響，開着聲音太大，關了房間有股新裝修的味道，讓人喉嚨痛睡不着。

衞生：酒店新衞生乾淨，就是垃圾桶有點小

環境：酒店環境優雅，拍照出片，特別離唐寅故居近，晚上出去逛逛還蠻有意境

服務：到酒店時服務人員態度很好，還有贈送水果和離店小禮物，但是晚上還是有件事情，需要反映情況。晚上12點由於牀頭櫃一直髮出噠噠噠有規律的聲音，想向總枱值班人員反饋，一直打電話聯繫，聯繫不上，衹能下樓去前台，前台的接待好像晚上與人電話不停，由於晚了衹能打斷她的電話要求解決問題。服務人員連説從來沒有發生我説的情況，好像我沒事找事。後説讓保安去房間看看。雖然保安到房間時，房間裏的聲音莫名地停了，我衹能感謝安保，打擾他了。大概晚上吧，服務差了點吧

I booked a house with an outdoor terrace, but in fact I basically don't go to this terrace because it is too sunny and there is no place to hang clothes. It costs more than 500 yuan a day. The room area is OK, but it is a little old. There is Xiaodu smart voice control to turn on the lights and curtains, and the toilet is also automatic. The front desk service is very good, and there are some fruits, tea, and sugar on the side for guests to take.
The room service is average. The waiter is particularly concerned about mineral water. I stayed for three days. On the first day, I wanted to take two more bottles of water and was directly scolded by the waiter. He said that I couldn’t take more. I said I contacted the front desk and he was still chattering. Later, I called the front desk and the front desk said that I could take it at will. If it was not enough, I would send it again. I thought that waiter was a special case. On the third day, I wanted to take two more bottles of water. Another waiter asked loudly which room it was from, and looked unhappy. I don’t know why they care so much about these two bottles of water.
The waitress in the restaurant is an older lady who lacks training. I told the person in charge of the hotel about some unpleasant things. The person in charge has a very good attitude. In fact, when you go out to play, you generally don't want to interact too much with the service staff. No one will make trouble for no reason, but the hotel's software service will score more points than the hardware. The breakfast in the restaurant is very simple. The cooking will change every day. However, for the accommodation fee of more than 500 yuan, the environment and quality of this breakfast restaurant are a bit unworthy of the place.
Turn right after the hotel is the Changmen City Wall. After passing here, turn right or go straight to Shantang Street. It only takes a few minutes from the hotel to Shantang Street. The scenery of Shantang Street is really good. I have been to Suzhou several times. The last two or three times, it has been more chaotic each time. There are too many tourists. It is a staggered travel now, and there are still many people. Don't catch up with the weekend.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I booked this hotel in Jinan on a business trip. When I checked in on the first day, I was given a room with Northeastern characteristics, similar to a kang, which I was not very satisfied with. I specifically asked the front desk if there were any other options, and they changed it to another one. This operation did not give a very good impression. It felt like if I didn't ask for it, I would definitely book the hard-to-sell ones first. The robot used by the hotel to deliver food when ordering takeout may not be too smart. If I didn't open the door to look, I wouldn't know the robot was at the door after waiting for a long time. The robot seemed helpless. I didn't find a bath towel when I took a shower at night, only a small towel. I didn't feel comfortable bothering the hotel staff to deliver it late at night. It started raining the next day, from morning to all day. I borrowed an umbrella from the front desk when I went out, but fortunately they didn't ask for a deposit for borrowing an umbrella. The overall stay was quite convenient, but I personally feel that the price is a bit high.

Large screen projection is particularly convenient for watching TV. Then the location is also very superior. Relying on Impression City and Hongjialou Cathedral. There is a small bar on the first floor at night where you can drink. It is convenient to go to Jinan West by the subway station.
