Llegamos a la instalación y nos recibió recepción con un trato normal y cordial fuimos para una habitación confortable muy bien decorada pero el TV no tenia mando y no había minibar por que hay pocos en el Hotel hay problemas con el agua en la instalación que no estaba llegando a las habitaciones pero ese día lo estaban resolviendo. Por la parte de la comida solo había una oferta en el restaurante ropa vieja con arroz con Garbanzo y ensalada de col sin hervir el arroz estaba super malo la ropa vieja si tenía buen sabor y especies no había postre la ración era poca para cobrar 1200 cup o sea calidad precio nada que ver la presentación del plato no daba ganas de comérselo. Por lo demás no había ni agua embotellada ,refrescos y Jugos. En el área de la piscina hicieron un espectáculo con talento artístico muy bonito y música grababa la ofertas de comer solo tenían entremes de Queso Gouda y Salchichas además de Spaguetis en el horario de la tarde .Al día siguiente el desayuno estaba normal pan con queso gouda ,café y refresco de cola pero de sirope y casabe con Mantequilla.

Llegamos a la instalación el 8 de diciembre del 2023 fuimos recibidos muy bien por la recepciónista Ange .La habitación confortable con Minibar pero con muchas hormigas. No habia nada de merendar en la instalación solo el servicio de Desayuno, Almuerzo y Comida .No tenían mucha variedadad en el menu y para colmo los camarones que pedi ese dia eran harina frita nada mas y super caro .

Llegue a este Hotel el cual había estado antes y la Recepción fue buena .La Habitación en el 1 piso confortable y espaciosa ideal para los niños estaba limpio el suelo y la ropa de cama . En el área de la piscina expenden cerveza y comida ese dia 24 de diciembre nos vendieron una botella de cidra , una de Ron , 2 manzanas y un pomo de agua por noche buena . En el restaurante la comida era variedad y tenía buen gusto y comimos cerdo asado como es tradicional en Cuba .El servicio rápido sin espera y caliente la comida sobre todo . El desayuno fue normal pan con jamón vikin , casave con mayonesay café . Volvería a este lugar por la amabilidad y atención del personal.

me hospede ahí tras de feo la comida asquerosa y sin luz, el servicio lo peor que he tenido en un hotel desde el trato hasta la comida, nunca había pasado una experiencia tan traumatica como ahí, ni servia el agua caliente tampoco

La instalación turística Hotel Guacanayabo presento una variada oferta Gastronómica en el área del Snack Bar y el Restaurante .En la noche pude disfrutar bajo las estrellas de un show con artistas de primer nivel de la ciudad de Manzanillo .Se mantuvo la venta de cerveza dispensada y de botella Cristal todo el día .Me encantaron las piña colodas del cantinero del Bar Carlos Puebla . Debo resaltar la amabilidad del colectivo que nos atendió en todo momento y nos hizo sentir como en casa .Además debo resaltar la higiene que existe tanto dentro como fuera del área de Hotel tomando las medidas higiénico sanitaria para el Covid 19 .La piscina estaba limpia y la habitación tiene Confor .En fin un San Valentín lleno de amor .
