horrible condition rooms need to improve also there useing badsheet same privious customers when I saw that he told no we are using same all customers

I recently stayed at Motel La Grandeur in Goa for official work, booking through MakeMyTrip. My experience was just okay. The rooms were average and didn't quite match up to the expectations. One major letdown was the absence of a kitchen in the hotel. On the booking page, it mentioned a swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was not accessible due to ongoing work. The welcome amenities didn't include mineral water, and when I ordered, I was charged Rs. 10 extra on MRP for a 1-litre bottle. However, the hotel staff did show some flexibility with the check-in time. I arrived around 9 a.m., and despite the official check-in time being 11 a.m., they allowed me to check in early. Overall, while there were some positives, the room quality and amenities didn't quite live up to the promise. Maybe the hotel can work on these aspects to improve the guest experience.

Poor hygiene very old property, room sticks and washroom are terrible. It has parking only for two cars.

Starting from the reason for booking this property is 1) cost effective : 5/5 2)ac room - but turns out ac is not in working condition & also it's attached near washroom: 0/5 3) room service: pathetic ( informed them to clean the room but they didn't even bother to do so) 2/5 4) breakfast available only after 9am with affordable price & limited options : 4/5 5) swimming pool : smaller than expected & not so very tidy: 3/5 6) don't go for pictures that you see before booking because reality is totally different lol : 1/5 7)rented vehicle available at door step :5/5 8) overall would rate this place a 2/5.

The property is in a good location but no facilities bad service. I had a very terrible experience staying there 👎
