環境優雅，服務周到

The hotel overall is OK for travellor. Staffs are helpful and friendly. But there is no gym available.

Excelente Tivemos uma excelente estadia, funcionarios muito simpaticos, o hotel tem uma qualidade muito boa a todos os niveis. Excelente qualidade para os valores cobrados, diria mesmo que superou as minhas expectativas. Recomendo.

Amazing stay, friendly staff

O hotel está bem situado e oferece um parque de estacionamento. Tem restaurante e bar que são agradáveis. Gostei muito e espero voltar. A recepção funciona 24 horas por dia e precisei de apanhar um táxi o que o recepcionista prontamente me ajudou

The hotel was kind of located on the outskirts or everywhere. It was a nice place, but with no other restaurants or stores around. You had to catch a car wherever you wanted to go. There was only one restaurant, but the food was pretty good. The bar was limited.

Breakfast could be better

Certes il y a les hôtels sur le côté du malecon et de l’océan, cet hôtel était parfait pour le genre de visite de Maputo que j’avais prévu. Tout était parfait!

Spent one night at the VIP Grand Hotel. First impressions were very good. Lovely ambience, clean and welcoming. Reception staff professional, on point and helpful. Bedroom comfortable with everything that one usually finds in a more upmarket Hotel. The garden and pool area inviting. The let down was the bar and restaurant. The bar service was lacking and unfortunately couldn't fulfill my request ... I asked for a glass of white wine, which it seems was not available, so requested a cider, which they unfortunately also didn't have. Dining - Dinner was alright, nothing special, but tasty. Very little choice. Unable to enjoy a glass of wine with the meal, as again no wine by the glass, neither white nor red. Breakfast was actually very enjoyable and is to be recommended. Unfortunately no effort was made by any dining staff to clean up after guests left. The tables were simply left, as were the spills and messes on the floor. (Left one wondering what the hygiene in the kitchen area was like.) With an improvement to the bar and restaurant VIP Grand, Maputo could be a top class hotel.

I loved the place

Not more than a 3 stars hotel. Needs renovation. In the evening there was some party at the bar and it was very noisy.
