I have been a very good customer of Hapimag Marbella for more than 20 years, but after the incident that happened in the cafetera i am not come back. At the very beginning of the summer the new directorr raised the prices but the service has gone from bad to worse. Today we arrived at 10,40 , we sat on the terrace and ordered breakfast. At 11 we asked again for our breakfast. The waitress told us that there were crowded. We were waiting úntil 1120 ,bur nobody came. So I went inside an asked for my breakfast. The bar was full of dirty dishes and glasses It looked like a third- class place. They looked for the note, and where they founded ,they answered we don,t have croissant. No sorry, no apologies, nothing. After waiting 45 minutes in a 4 stars hotel,the waitress said, we dont have croissant. Do you think that this is a 4 stars hotel in Marbella? Do you think that you can treat customers in that way? This is a pitty, because they altas treated me well."
