I stayed at AluaSun this week. I had chosen the location, as it was close to the venue of wedding I was invited to. The hotel is rated as 4 stars, but I would say it’s 3 stars. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. I didn’t have a remote for the tv and I was given a new one. The cleaning staff work tirelessly. Although the room was pretty basic, the room was cleaned everyday and was left immaculate. It was good to have a balcony that I could sit out in the evening. I spent a couple of days at the adults only pool. This was a quieter area and the life guards were good are maintaining the adult only rule (I do have kids and a husband, but they didn’t come on this trip), so was good to relax. The bigger pool had slides and lots of space. There was never any issues with sun loungers. The pool areas were very clean as well. Overall I had a good time at AluaSun Marella park. The only thing that lets this place down is the food. I had went full board plus. There really isn’t that much choice. The hot food I found quite cold at times. I did find something to eat at most meal times, but more choice and variety would help. The bacon in the mornings was also cremated and the pizza had a burnt base. I wouldn’t go all inclusive or full board. I would probably just go bed and breakfast, as there’s a complex of shops, restaurants and supermarkets that is about 5 minutes walk.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. Me ha encantado el hotel y volvería a repetir. La piscina pequeña era ideal para mi bebé, no le cubría y disfrutaba mucho. La piscina grande ideal para mi hija más mayor que disfrutó mucho de los toboganes. Habitación grande y limpia, muchas animación... Recomiendo aparcar al lado del hotel que hay un centro comercial

أولاً، الفندق ليس فندقاً من فئة الأربع نجوم، من فضلك! أسافر كثيراً للعمل إلى فنادق الأربع نجوم، وهو في هذه الحالة فندق من فئة الثلاث نجوم. لكن على الرغم من ذلك، المرافق قديمة، وكذلك الغرف. شعرتُ وكأنني في فندق من ثمانينيات القرن الماضي، حتى مستوى النزلاء. في قاعة الطعام، أثناء تناولك الإفطار أو العشاء، يمر بك الناس من اليسار، ومن اليمين... أنت تصبّ القهوة، ويظهر ذراع من الأعلى ليصبّ لك أخرى في نفس الوقت. بمعنى آخر، الفندق يتماشى مع مستوى رواد هذا المكان، وهو مستوى منخفض جداً. الطعام متنوع، لكن بالنسبة لهذا النوع من البوفيه، فهو ليس بجودة عالية، بصراحة. موقف السيارات صغير جداً ويتطلب رسوماً قدرها 15 يورو في اليوم. الميزة الإيجابية هي أنه قريب نسبياً من شواطئ كابو بينو وقبالة فندق دون كارلوس. لكن بصراحة، لا أنصح به.

المرافق جيدة جدًا، لكن طاقم الفندق يُحدث فرقًا كبيرًا. عمال النظافة، المنقذون، النُدُل، موظفو الاستقبال، الطهاة، وفريق الترفيه... عدنا إلى الفندق العام الماضي، وهناك نشعر وكأننا عائلة، مع ترفيه على مدار الساعة. لم يرغب صغيرنا بمغادرة النادي الصغير، حيث الطعام والشراب، والأجواء العائلية رائعة. لا يسعني إلا أن أذكر فريق الترفيه بأكمله: فيسينتي، باولا، علي، تيو، أليكس، مارلين، إلريك، وفانيسا. إنهم الأفضل في عملهم، ولكن أيضًا كأشخاص. حبهم للأطفال وما يقدمونه رائع. أسوأ ما في الأمر هو وداع هؤلاء الأصدقاء الذين تركناهم وراءنا وسنزورهم في أقرب وقت ممكن.
