Our home has beautiful water views from the dining area, living room, family room, master bedroom and ~2,000 square feet of indoor living space with a bright, and a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and hot tub with western exposure, plenty of sun! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the TigerTail beach oasis area! Some of the features included are standard-sized pool (billiard) table, double sinks with granite top and walk-in closet in the master bathroom, hot tub (5 seating positions, 18 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock. The kitchen is facing the water with 4-seating countertop bar to allow your family more space to cook and enjoy preparing food together. The house includes cable, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, one 55" TV in the family room, one 55" TV in the living room, and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom, sleeper-sofa, 3 sofas, allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. We have 5 bikes (with helmets, should be fun for the entire family), beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, poolside chaise lounges, outdoor BBQ grill, etc. You can also enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from the local marina on the island for fishing or cruising the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples, or for picnicking on the Gulf beaches.
