The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house and have an adjacent bathroom with a tub. Full, modern kitchen with quartz countertop and recently updated appliances will provide plenty of space for your most delectable meals. The dining room area offers ample space for your meals as a group. Living room has a pull out couch that can provide some additional sleeping space. Slide open the sliding glass door and step out onto private lanai with a heated pool, new Weber grill, high-top seating along with lounge chairs.
