Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is on the 6th floor, with stunning unobstructed beachfront ocean views. It's well cared for and organized. Free internet and cablePre-Registration is required by the Apollo Condominium HOA for all guest. Please ensure once you receive the link (I will send it to you), you register at least 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival. BEDROOM: King sized bed, with an HD TV., iron & ironing board. Nightstands with drawers and closet with plenty of extra linens & towels.THE KITCHEN: Kitchen is fully stocked and has a dishwasher, stovetop/oven, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer; dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker, Keurig, and a blender. We supply hand soap, and a roll of paper towels to get you started with your stay.THE BATHROOM: Bathroom is a tub/shower combo. We provide a hair dryer, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper. BEACH CLOSET: The beach closet has all the beach-going amenities, including 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and beach towels.Apollo Condominium has a private gated parking entrance, heated beachside pool, spa/hot-tub, fitness room and 2 tennis courts. LAUNDRY: Washer & dryers are on each floor of the building down the hallway near the elevator. The machines accept coin/credit card payments. The Apollo also provides an on site "beachfront" restaurant & bar, called the Sunset Grille located on the first floor where you can enjoy outdoor dining and drinks.Due to the condos 505 square foot size, the maximum allowable people in the condo is 2 PEOPLE ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”. PARKING: The condo complex is gated and requires a parking pass, which you get for a $45 Fee. This fee covers your entire stay. The parking pass will get you an assigned covered parking space. There is also a $75 refundable deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association upon your departure.The $119 Property Protection fee covers things such as replacing broken/damaged furniture, carpeting, blinds, flood, fire, etc., and will be added at the end of booking your reservation. Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended and most insurance companies require purchase within 24 hours of booking. InsureMyTrip is one option and it’s best to choose “Cancel For Any Reason”, to protect your vacation & your money. COVID-19 is no longer a surprise, as it’s been here since early 2020. Therefore, this will not constitute as a reason for a refund or a reschedule. This is why we recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. -The Hilton & The Marco Walk Plaza are only a half mile away. You will find many choices in restaurants, a movie theater, shopping and an ice cream shop! -Caxambas Marina (where ski adventures, paddle boarding and kayaking all begin) is also less than a mile away. Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo blinds closed by 9pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. This fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay. ⚠️ September 22-30, 2025: Work on the pool deck area will be getting done. Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The pool, jacuzzi & restaurant will be closed during this time.You will fall in love with this brand new, light, bright, coastal themed, beachfront condo on the 7th Floor, in the Apollo building. Our remodel was just completed in October 2023. Everything inside the condo is new.... from the dishes & small & large appliances, to the TV’s, bed and artwork. Come & enjoy yourself to the fullest!! A nice, short walk to the Gulf Coast water!! And, only a 1/2 mile to the Marco Walk Plaza where there are restaurants, shops & a movie theater! The JW Marriott is less than a mile away.-LIVING ROOM: A gorgeous view of the beach and a new Giant 65” Flat Screen Smart TV, able to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU when you log into your personal account(s). The patio slider has an "electronic blind", so when the afternoon sun comes shining through you can just draw it down & cool down.-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a built-in combo microwave/convection oven, a compact Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, a ceramic glass 2-burner electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked w/ the necessary items. Items include and not limited to; a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, a Single Cup Keurig coffee maker, a large Electric Griddle, Blender, Toaster, pots & pans, bakeware. You'll also find kitchen soaps, dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels provided (to get you started). Dine at the large quartzite kitchen island, or "al fresco" on the balcony. -BATHROOM; We provide a hair dryer, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your favorite toiletries & sun screen. -BEDROOM: A new comfy King sized bed and a new Large 55” flat screen Smart TV.-We limit our condo to TWO (2) ADULTS ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”. The condo is only 505 square feet, so it’s just a cute “little” condo. -BEACH CLOSET: Complimentary use of the beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. We also supply beach towels for you.-LAUNDRY: Coin Operated laundry is available just down the hall. The machines also accept credit cards. We provide laundry soap. However, I can’t guarantee they will always be there if they’re used up without my knowledge, or kindly replaced.-PARKING: The parking lot is gated. The only way in and out of the parking lot is with a parking pass, which activates the gate. The parking fee is $45, which gets you a parking pass, along with a covered, assigned parking space. This fee covers your entire stay. There will also be a $75 deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association after your stay.-ON SITE RESTAURANT: Apollo is the ONLY short term beachfront rental property with a restaurant on-site, called the Sunset Grille. Welcome guests! The Apollo is one of the nicest buildings on Marco Island. It is a well-kept building with a friendly atmosphere. Security is given high priority and there is a rolling program of maintenance and a manager's office on site which keeps standards up. With no road between the building and the beach, the only thing keeping you from sinking your toes in the white sand is a visit to the privately owned restaurant and bar located in the complex. Your stay at the Apollo includes air conditioning and access to elevators, laundry facilities, a swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and covered parking and a TOP FLOOR view. The beach is fairly firm for walking, consisting of tiny fragments of shell. Shell collecting and beach walking are popular pastimes among guests at the Apollo.Marco Beach is a place to fall in love with. From your balcony, you look out on to a fabulous three and a half mile beach with access via a short boardwalk over protected seagrass. If you choose to stay within the comforts of your unit, you can sit on the included lounger, chairs and table and still see the beach with pelicans and seabirds flying above, dolphins hanging around in the Gulf and in season turtles that come ashore in the moonlight to lay their eggs.
