I would like to applaud the Wyndham Concorde for their stunning views and amenities. Everything in our stay was going great until it didn't. Upon check in we were informed that we didn't have the all-inclusive package due to booking through our RCI account. We were asked to leave a $200 cash deposit, and told that it can go towards our final bill, or we can cover the bill with a credit card upon check out. I offered to leave my card on file and they declined say the $200 cash would suffice. On day three of our stay, we returned from a tour and went to have a snack at the restaurant. One of the servers presented a bill for the snack and asked me to put my room number and sign it, and I did. On the morning of day 4 there was a note left under the door to contact the front desk. At the front desk, they presented multiple bills that we never saw before, and stated that the staff said the bills were presented to us for signature and we refused. That was a blatant lie. I then requested to speak to a manager and was told that the manager was not in yet but we can speak to her upon our return from our excursion that day. When we returned that evening we went to ask for the manager again and was greeted with attitudes by the front desk staff who stated that the manager was not there, she leaves at 5. When I looked at the time it was only 430. We went to have dinner that evening and the staff were all staring at us and whispering among themselves and pointing. They even were refusing to serve us until one of the restaurant managers got involved. We ordered from the menu that night and after we finished, I asked for the bill and was told I had to settle all my bills from the previous days. The next morning we went to breakfast off site, when we returned we could not get into our room so we proceeded to the front desk to speak to the manager. We finally spoke to the operations manager "Vanessa". While she was pleasant, she showed no remorse for our situation, the miscommunication and lack thereof, and rudeness of her staff. She was only focused on us paying the bill in full, which I had already stated to her we had no problem doing. She then prompted us to put a credit for future meals which I declined because I stated that we did not like how we were being treated and what the atmosphere had become so we would be checking out early. She offered no apology still or anything to ease what we were going through. We have stayed at multiple Wyndham establishments and have been loyal Wyndham owners for almost 10 years now and have never encountered anything like this. We will not be returning.
