There is a large balcony off the living room which is perfect for a cup of morning coffee! The dining room and kitchen are one large room. The kitchen has granite countertops. There are three bedrooms downstairs. 'The Princess' is a large bedroom with a queen bed. It has it's own private balcony and the use of the hall bathroom. The 'Master Suite' has a king-size bed, a large private bathroom with a spa tub and walk-in closet. The 'Master Suite' has it's own private balcony as well. The third bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and the use of the hall bathroom. On the second level is the 'Captain's Suite'. It consists of a private den area with a trundle bed, which sleeps 2. The suite features a separate queen sized bedroom with a spacious private balcony. The Captains Suite is equipped with it own kitchenette as well as it's own bathroom. Three bedrooms have a flatscreen television, as do each of the living rooms. The house is equipped with cable and wireless internet.
