In the house: internet access. Motor access to the house (800 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 6 km, pebble beach 12 km. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Animals in the neighbourhood. 3-room house 56 m2. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV and air conditioning.
