"كانت رحلتي دافئة. وخاصة المتطوعين 々 ظريف جدا وبالنسبة لي لم أفهم اللغة إلا أنه شقاء كان بإمكاني قضاء وقت فراغى دون ان أقلق. كنت سعيداً عندما اخترت هذا الفندق أنا راض جدا عن محركات الألعاب وأشكركم على توفيرها بأسعار رخيصة. أشكركم على الطعام اللذيذ والاهتمام الذي قدمته. أريد أن أعود في يوم ما."

"Firstly, they told us they don’t do Safari walks anymore which was mentioned on the booking, they told us this few days before arrival. Huge inconvenience because, we had to further pay for a safari drive. Which was amazing thanks to George, the staff there was very nice to us especially Itu, she went out of her way to be helpful. On arrival we selected that we needed housekeeping services for the duration of our stay, fast forward to a few days after arrival and we sitting in a dirty cabin, smelly because the bin hasn’t been emptied and it’s hot there. Dirty towels, no toilet paper. We were a family of 6 so you can only imagine. We then reported to reception and were told they don’t have enough staff, (how is that our problem?) I work in the industry and I could never imagine telling that to a guest! I am very disappointed especially because we spent so much on the accommodation, no value for our money. Their pizza is horrible but their burgers were exceptional. "

"لقد كانت وقتاً رائعاً قضيناه في أحلام أفريقيا. الخدمة على أعلى مستوى، والنظافة والهدو. توجد العديد من الحيوانات في المنطقة: الموز، الأندلس، الزيبرا، الشجيرات، ويمكن حتى رؤية التمساح في النهر بالقرب من المنزل. افطار و عشاء ممتاز في النزل. اود ان اذكر ايضا اصحاب النزل الذين هم اشخاص رائعين و سوف يقوموا بعمل كل شيء لجعل اقامتك رائعة و تنظيم جميع الانشطة اللازمة في الحديقة. كما انني انصح في الاقامة في النزل للاستمتاع بوجبات رائعة . نود أن نشكرك ونيل و أفال على أحسن و أدفأ الترحيب بك خلال إقامتك"
