Well what can I say the staff went above and beyond to make everyone happy I went on the 3rd of may came back today 13th may I had 10 wonderful days their I can’t fault anything the hotel staff was very friendly and would help whatever you needed doing the bar staff Ozzy emir Ali Murat and deniz it was like taking to family made you feel very welcomed and the drinks was flowing all night if the cocktail wasn’t on the menu they would make it for you whatever you wanted the entertainment they was very very good Murat the entertainment man was always friendly and had time to chat to you every day really enjoyed the white party and the singers Yesterday fourth harmony was very good the restaurant was very clean and the staff was great always had your drinks ready when you sat down with your meal Theirs a good section for everyone I can go on and on but go their see for your self I can’t wait to come again when I first got their we was given 2 bungalows but I wasn’t happy with them talked to the manager at reception he upgraded me to the marine suite what was wonderful with it’s own surna in the bath room and private pool the beach bar is also great with its own private beach I can keep going but seeing is believing

The Receptionist friendly greeting and the young man who helped me to my room and carried my bags for me was a good indication of what I could look forward to, travelling alone can sometimes be a challenge but not here, very welcoming, everyone willing to help and chat, room was clean, well stocked (mini fridge, plenty of water etc) and regular checks and top ups, clean towels when asked for or needed, restaurant food amazing and anyone who says they couldn’t find anything suitable for them must be beyond picky, more than enough choice, this is a family hotel and so lots of children about but you can find areas that are peaceful, entertainment available pretty much everywhere throughout the day and evening, but if your not that inclined you can just relax and enjoy the scenery. Food and drink is pretty much available from breakfast through to sandwiches and soup in the early hours so no chance of ever going hungry or thirsty, I will most definitely be back

Not safe for small children. The room was a disaster nails poking out all over no clear reason why nails coming straight out the floor boards. Got a nasty gash out the bottom of my foot and got the pleasure of paying medical fees. We have 2 family members with dairy allergies and when when we arrived had to fill and sign paperwork to say this our info literally no point to this sheet . They had a good variety and you can see the worked really hard in the kitchen but some staff have no concept of what dairy or milk was . To be safe we always checked and still got ill. The place cards showing what items were were not placed correctly and shoved about so its not clear what things are and as its a buffet other guests cross contaminated so much . When asking if they could make somthing as on 4th day we had been ill they made a dish for us and I still got sick and found out they put butter in it as they felt butter was not milk or dairy it was a complete joke at this point . The al la carte was no better giving my vegetarian daughter a Turkish ground meatball covered in a bread , they put down several plates of food (like tapas starter) without any explanation so trying to wave them back after 10 mins found only 2 or the 5 of the items didnt have dairy luckily we dug in poor service . The kids slides were only open for couple hours a day so they got very bored overall wouldn't recommend
