Just want to start of by saying Cengiz is an amazing bar tender and person. As soon as he starts his shift and until he finishes he’s always taking drink orders and so polite, friendly and respectful. Makes you feel so comfortable. As soon as your drinks are almost finished he’s always there with another. Amazing with children also. This is the second time we’ve came to this hotel and can’t fault it. It’s really clean and nice hotel. Staff are lovely. The kids love it. Food is decent. I honestly couldn’t fault it. We will be back again. Thank you so much

This is our second visit to this amazing hotel and it certainly won’t be our last! The hotel is absolutely lovely and extremely clean. The accommodation is nestled amongst pine trees with air con, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was extremely useful with teenage children! The facilities are fabulous and there really is something for everyone. The main buffet has a wide selection of delicious food, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also plenty of other eating options in the other restaurants as well as the pastry cafe and the yummy ice cream van. You also have the option to book one a la carte restaurant for dinner per 7 night stay, I’d definitely recommend either the steak or Italian restaurants for dinner. The entertainment team are also absolutely incredible, from morning aquarobics and fun pool parties to the varied family evening entertainment in the impressive amphitheater to later evening DJ’s by the pool bar or beach bar, they are all fantastic! Every member of staff in the hotel is so hard working and friendly. Special shout out goes to lovely Saim, the really super helpful pool man who remembered us from last year, to Emir at the pool bar and Serkan in the Italian restaurant. It is definitely worth tipping staff in the different areas as each member of staff works so hard. Finally, I would like to thank Seval, who is the wonderful and extremely helpful guest relations manager, who made our stay so special. She quietly works behind the scenes but showed our family such kindness and empathy and we cannot thank her enough. We cannot wait to return again. Thank you to every member of staff for making our stay so memorable.

Otelde karşılama berbat resepsiyon Tolga ve Asal adlı kişiler inanılmaz kaba. Üsluplarından bahsetmek dahi istemiyorum çünkü inanması çok zor olabilir.Sonrası halkla ilişkiler inanılmaz nazik güler yüzlü çalışanlar özellikle müdüresi Seval hanım sayesinde otelde kaldık ve tatilimiz güzelleşti. Evet odalar eski zaten bunu bilerek gelmiştik. Mini bar hiç değişmedi açıkçası resepsiyonu arayıp bildirmedim. Söylesem mutlaka yenilenirdi . Çünkü her şeye yetişen bir Seval hanım var orada :-) Ana restoran ve içecek kalitesini otele yakıştıramadım doğrusu . Ama öğle yemeği için 4 tü sanırım alacart restoran var hepsi çok lezzetli ana restorana ihtiyaç kalmıyor, zaten çok karanlık. Özellikle İtalyan alacart yemek şefi Berker şefti sanırım çok güler yüzlü sevecen her şey çok lezzetliydi. İskeleye patenli çalışan Berk sürekli durmadan içeçek ve karpuz servisi yapıyor . Otelin en iyi çalışanı ödülü verilecekse bu kesinlikle Berk. Umarım Cihan Baykara tarafından özverili çalışmalarından dolayı Seval hanım ve Berk gerekli teşekkürü alacaklardır.Denizi çok güzel . Konum olarak çok iyi. Sabah içmelere ve merkeze yürüyüş imkanım oldu. Veee kimsenin keşfedemediği sağlık büfesi yemekler müthiş lezzetli Nilüfer şef harika masalar bomboş oluyordu çok şaşkınım lezzetini bir bilseler ana restorana uğramaz kimse . Sinek var demişler evet artı olarak arı’da ekleyelim ama sağlık büfesinde hiçbiri yok çok nezih bir ortam. Oda temizliğimizi yapan bayan hep güler yüzlü ve işini iyi yapan Seval hanım teşekkürler sizede. Animasyon ekibinden Berfin çok kibar ve güler yüzlü. Bir daha gidermisin diye sorsalar kesinlikle giderim derdim. Seval hanım sayesinde tatbiki:-)

Otel çok güzeldi doğa ile iç içeydi, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgilendiler bizimle tea cornerda sultan hanım ve Zehra hanım'a güler yüzlerinden ve hizmetlerinden ötürü teşekkür eder ve muhakkak gittiğinizde çaylarını icmenizi tavsiye ederim sizlere.
