Lalila Blue Suites

We stayed for a week and had a really nice time. The hotel staff really make this hotel - they work exceptionally hard with very long hours and still manage to be polite, helpful and funny. Rooms: The rooms are nice, modern and clean with good air con. There are two panels in the room, one controls the lights and the other supposedly the air con (the air con is then controlled by a remote) and contact with reception etc. The issue is that these panels glow blue all night so bring an eye mask if you can’t sleep with lights. If you are a light sleeper ask for a pool view room as the streets and bars are really loud until late. The shower was slightly annoying as it could have done with a new head and would go hot and cold periodically but nothing worth moaning about. Food and drink: The buffet is good. It is pretty repetitive as is expected in all inclusive but there was always something nice to eat. It was nice that there was usually always a plain ish grilled meat option and a carb. The salad bar is great with loads of choice. There is a lack of fruit though. The drink choice is pretty poor - cocktails have no alcohol in them and are extremely limited in choice. The beer and wine is good and there’s a selection of soft drinks. Entertainment: The entertainment team are all lovely and work very hard to get people involved. In the day the entertainment is really repetitive (e.g. exact same aqua aerobics everyday) which makes you not want to get involved and then you will be called boring which is slightly annoying but we appreciate the humour. It would be nice to mix up the daytime entertainment a bit more. The evening entertainment was hit and miss, some shows were really short and dull and others were incredible. Unfortunately people do get up at the crack of dawn to ‘reserve’ sun beds despite there being multiple signs that towels will be removed if the bed is not in use - this was not enforced until the last two days of our stay. Don’t worry about getting up and reserving a bed as staff will always help you to find one. The pool area does let the hotel down a bit as it is small and you can be crammed in like sardines on the sun beds around the pool. The cabanas seem completely pointless and in my opinion it would make so much more sense to get rid of them and make space for more beds. Overall I think this hotel is really good value for money and you will be treated very well.

Entertainment team absolutely amazing. Hotel close to old town and u can go with bus too beach is just 2 min to hotel All staffs is lovely they so helpful and friendly. Thanks for everything guys

Extremely Disappointed – Left in Tears - spa I booked the Deluxe Couples Package at this spa after seeing glowing recommendations on TikTok and reading great reviews online. We even travelled from another hotel just for this experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had. Within minutes of arriving, one of the therapists asked if I was pregnant just by looking at my stomach. She did apologize afterward, but the damage was done – I felt completely embarrassed and uncomfortable for the rest of the session. It’s not something anyone wants to hear in a place that’s supposed to help you feel relaxed and confident. Things didn’t improve. We were told the face mask would stay on for 7 minutes, but we were left alone in the room for 25 minutes. I actually got up to check because I thought they’d forgotten about us – I found the therapists sitting in the changing area on their phones. For a treatment that was supposed to last 2 full hours, a good portion of it was wasted waiting in silence. The massage itself also crossed a line. The therapist mounted my husband’s back, straddling him without asking or explaining beforehand. He felt extremely uncomfortable, and it was completely inappropriate – something we’ve never experienced in any professional massage before. We paid £120 in cash for this, expecting a luxury experience, but left feeling upset, disappointed, and uncomfortable. I really wanted to love this place, but sadly, I can’t recommend it based on what we experienced.

My honest review of the hotel after 2 weeks here as a family of 5 (16, 18 and 21 year old kids). We’re still here currently, arrived on the 4th July and leave on the 18th. The hotel is great but could be fantastic quite easily! The rooms are great although the double rooms are small and the balcony’s are tiny, also you can’t sit out on the balcony if someone is inside with the a/c on as the heat exchanger unit for the a/c is blowing hot air on you. The kids had a triple room which was much bigger but their balcony was even smaller! The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire sight is excellent. The room maids were great, fresh towels every day and always kept the room spotless. Always people cleaning around the hotel too keeping it tip top. The staff are all brilliant, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. Drinks are great although they can be a little stingy with the alcohol in the cocktails. I had tried asking them to make them stronger but was kind of ignored. Efes is the beer on draught and is ok, not my favourite but certainly drinkable. 2 small bottles of water left in your room daily and self serve water / juice and coffee machines in the restaurant and 2 bars. The pool area is just far too small for the size of the hotel, it’s very cramped and feel like you are sat on top of each other. Week one I was up at 7am and could still get 5 beds together but week 2 I had to be up at 6am. Yes there is a stack of beds always available but certainly not anywhere to place 5 together. A simple improvement would be to remove the 4 cabanas, fill in this area and the kids pool and you could get another 30 or so beds in there. Still would be cramped but at least more beds for people. The 4 beds next to us yesterday had towels on from before 6am, we went back to the room at 5pm and no one had sat on them all day. They do seem to fold towels up and pop on the back of the bed around 9am if no one has been down but I haven’t seen them remove any. Again being more strict with this would help the situation. I’m pretty sure people went elsewhere to sun lounge yesterday as no availability. The food is good although very samey but I guess this is the same in most all inclusive hotels with only 1 place to dine. It is some of the best AI food I have had. We also eat a couple of times at the hotels “the door” restaurant which again was very nice. Tip - if you win the killer darts game you get a free meal from the chicken fixed menu for the occupants of your room. Our lad won twice so had the 2 meals in there. The chicken and mushroom is very nice! Entertainment is ok, highlights for us were the drifters and the white party although don’t expect a RIU style event! The daytime entertainment was pretty good too, Naz and Jay Jay always trying hard to keep people laughing and entertained. If you do have small kids I would steer clear though as there isn’t much aimed at them other than a 15 minute kids disco before the main entertainment each nigh
