Club Alpina Apartments

We stayed here end of may for 2weeks, we found this hotel great for location just a short bus ride into marmaris, the reception staff were abit miserable, the restaurant staff were great Alex is a wonderful man and could talk to him for hours, the sausage and egg buttys are gorgeous , Stephen, jimmy and Ali were lovely always polite and friendly and nothing is a problem for them. The entertainment staff were great they are so funny and always come round the pool on a morning and say good morning to everyone and always try and get people involved. The maid service was great always happy to help and very they work very hard always say good morning and have a laugh with you. The shop was good had a good is variety of things. The photographer they have in the hotel was lovely made us feel comfortable having our pics done and very reasonable priced defo recommend you try him he is very good. We were there during a bad earthquake 6.6 we were terrified the fear is like nothing I have ever experienced before, having to evacuate the hotel at 2.20am was horrible the restaurant and entertainment staff were great couldn’t do enough for you Stephen especially it was very reassuring. The only thing I would say bad is there was no earthquake alarm in the hotel and we were told by other guests to evacuate and they never did a check to make sure everyone was safe we were allowed back into the hotel after over a hour but have since found out there was a little bit of damaged to the walls on the top floor. Would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples we will be returning in the near future.

Absolutely disgusting place our room was very dirty you would have a shower and feet be black immediately after cleaners do go in daily but unfortunately we have many items stolen from our cases including 650 pound the night staff are so rude he even found it acceptable to personally come to our room and intimate for reporting his rude behaviour threatening my husband I would recommend this place to stay i am terminally ill and we get treated so nasty I wasn't allowed to have water in my bag around the pool to take my medication a lady was assaulted whilst we stayed the the noise well thats Absolutely disgusting families arguing on our first night we stayed we arrived very late at 2am in the morning we had to move hotels as the staff in all have no intentions of making changed self catering but hate you cooking not enough in apartments to even be self catering at all

Just returned from club alpina staff were so friendly made us feel very welcome felt like we were going there for years even tho first time. We had teenagers with us so we give them single beds which meant we had fold out couch which was not ideal for adults would suit small kids better we had to pay for air conditioning and safe in room and there was no WiFi in rooms but you can avail of it beside pool and in pool bar. Rooms cleaned daily by changing linen and emptying bins. Bar staff were great but would recommend that they change acts every night rather than same possibly do more like that for kids during day but do something different for adults at night. Huge applause and appreciatiation for Steve,Jimmy,Eddie,Heidi,Mickey and Alex for keeping us entertained you boys and gal are great. Hassan the photographer provided us with great photo album that captured lovely poses and was great as helped me download photos as I'm not a tech wiz so left me that I could take more snaps on phone. Gunier the hairdresser was lovely. Translated language for the tattoo artist but made sure everything was to your pleasement even rang in nail technician so I could get them done before coming home. She even took me to bank link on moped as I had no cash with me after I got them done. Would recommend you take pounds cash with you as mostly deal in cash and everything in shops priced in pounds Defo would go back .
