Prime Beach Hotel

Fantastic hotel with some great staff all round especially the animation team- Ali, Uzzy, Rose, JJ, Melina and all the others were all amazing and made the stay 10x better. The food options were so good with plenty of options every night with the snack bar and grill outside too. Spa is superb - much better than the public one the rep offered! The ONLY bad thing I have to say about the hotel is the sunbed situation, it's definitely a mad race at 8am (sometimes earlier if staff aren't there to monitor) but the sunbeds themselves are really comfy and there's plenty on the beach if you wanted to get up a bit later. 10/10

Recently returned after our 4th time staying at this beautiful and amazing hotel ,from the minute we walk through the door and see the smile on the reception staffs face till the minute we left each time I can 100% honestly say this hotel is perfect, it's perfectly located with its own private beach ,thers the most nicest staff you will ever meet in your lifetime, from reception staff,mangers, cleaners,waiting staff,the bar staff,and entertainment staff ,each and every single 1 of them go beyond their duties to make sure you our having the best time as possible, the food is top class with plenty of selection each day thers just so much to choose from ,the restaurant food is absolutely beautiful each day and night and just incase thers nothing to your liking which I highly doubt will be the case ,you have the snack bar which opens from noon till 9pm each day ,you can get burgers ,pizzas,baked potatoe, the nicest chicken you will come across for being in any hotel ,fries ,chicken tenders gougons, stir frys ,pasta bar which serves the nicest spaghetti bolognese plus more ,coffee shop with all the treats of the day you can ask for and can imagine, beats any bakery, plus the grill bar were you can get kebabs ,steaks ,meatballs, grilled chicken, just so much ,the drinks are perfect beers cocktails and spirts and soft drinks and some imported spirit's,fridges full of bottles of water around the hotel for you to take 24 hours a day ,not 2 mention 24 hour coffee machines which do about 10 types of hot drinks ,and fizzy drinks ,bar opens from 10 am till 12 pm ,and if your looking another beer or 2 thers the pub and night club that opens till 2am ,all this is included in your package and dosnt cost any extra ,the spa is a must for all the ladies and men and not that expensive, my wife got a 7 day treatment for 2 and half hours each day which included medical massage each day aswell as all the pampering she could ever imagine, and cost £350 for the lot made my wife feel like a new woman after each treatment, really can't recommend this hotel enough as they do treat you like a vip guest during your stay ,thers 2 outdoor pools 1 with waterslides and the main pool plus an indoor pool ,ice cream twice a day for 2 hours each time which helps cool you down a lot and it tastes absolutely amazing, entertainment each night apart from 1 night a week ,entertainment is really good and bingo most nights as well ,thers entertainment during the day also which is a good crack especially when everyone has had a beer or 2 it's a right laugh ,defo if your planning on an all inclusive holiday to marmaris this is the place to be ,paradise is the word as that's what it feels like ,the view is out of this world and all the shopping you need is just outside the front doors ,you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here in fact I guarantee you will definitely not want to leave and definitely want to return ,,a solid 10 out of 10 ,

We had previously e mailed to request a high floor in the main building of the hotel and were given this. Had beautiful view of the sea and large pool. Arrived in the early hours and was amazing to see the pool all lit up and looking really lovely. The hotel is not too spread out so easy to walk around and is on the beach where there are sun loungers too (comfy with mattresses). The hotel was very busy during our time there (middle of May) and there were lots of families with young children. Luckily there is a separate pool for the kids with great water slides so the main pool was not too busy with the kids. It did get very busy though and if you wanted a sun bed you had to put your towel down by 8 or 9 in the morning. This was a real drag if you wanted a day by the pool as everyone had the same idea to get a sun bed. The sun beds are all very close together around the main pool and this makes it a bit awkward walking around. They are very close around the kids pool too. It would be so helpful if the hotel did not allow people to put towels down until a certain time in the morning, but they did not do this unfortunately. There are other sun beds on the beach and at the side near the spa. Spa has an indoor pool and you can arrange treatments there, but they are expensive. We went to a local Turkish bath and got great massages very cheaply. Transport included. Our room was small, but storage was not too bad and the shower was ok, although a bit cramped. I would say the bathrooms could do with a bit of updating. Housekeeping was brilliant and we had clean towels every day and whenever we wanted. Our maid was really helpful and we left her a nice tip. Safe and fridge stocked with water and juice if you wished. The dining room was a bit of a nightmare especially at dinner. It got extremely busy the whole time and the staff in there worked their socks off clearing tables and replenishing cutlery and glasses. They were so helpful and would bring you any drinks you wanted. All staff in the Prime Beach were so helpful and could not do enough for you. They are mostly young people and were always friendly and obliging. As others have said I don't know why you could only get ice cream for couple of hours in the afternoon and in the evening. Seemed a bit mean. Baked potato stall and grill were only open at certain times too. Food was reasonable, with quite a lot of choice, but not always hot enough (although microwave in the dining room). At dinner there were people everyone vying to get to the hot food and it could be a bit manic. Huge dining room so obviously catering for a lot of people. There is an a la carte restaurant you can go to free once a week for Turkish food. It is lovely and the service is great but the food is not to everyone's taste I don't think. Marmaris is about an hour's walk away along the seafront, but there are plenty dolmus buses (4 TL each way), cash or card, into town and into Icemeler, which we really

Don’t listen to the bad reviews brilliant relaxing hotel with brilliant and helpful staff. If you go you need to try the coffee and cake place as it’s amazing. The private beach is amazing with plenty of space for everyone, the only issue if people who try and sell you stuff on the beach but the hotel soon move these on.

Had an amazing holiday staff was amazing location was perfect food was very good ismail was excellent staff member especially looked after us and all our needs on a day to day basis definitely be back, hotel was clean our room was tidy daily i would recommend this hotel

Aykut (AK) and the whole team at prime beach are fantastic. Beautiful setting. Beautiful food with so much choice. Entertainment is brilliant and the turkish mud bath was amazing. So safe for children the whole team keep a look out for all the children. CCTV to keep an eye on them everywhere 👌 I seriously can't thank the whole prime beach staff enough they made my family very welcome and loved. I cannot recommend enough. Rooms are lovely. Air con works perfectly and amazing views Love Steve, Lisa and Mitch ❤️❤️❤️
