Nice place, very good food, excellent service, I would stay again.

We stayed at this property for 5 days - all days the pool was under maintenance. There was no willingness to allow our group of 70 to have access to the sister property’s pool across the street. We were in the main building, building 5, where the air conditioning was not working in our room. Our room averaged 30 C which is 86 degrees Fahrenheit. There was no effort to refresh the complimentary water and juice in the lobby. When asked about it, I was blown off. Breakfast and dinner were just ok, maintaining the same menu each night. There was little focus on adding additional food when something would run out. If one wanted to take their coffee to-go, they would be charged for the cup.

Nice hotel Its a nice hotel with lovely pool that opens at 10 am. Rooms are big but a bit tired. Staff was nice.

Will I be there again? Probably no. I needed an hotel in that area and this seemed OK. It is not a proper hotel but concierge with a series of apartments around a swimming pool in the middle of a residential area. My room was clean and quiet (hotel semi-empty) but I can only imagine the noise that might come from the swimming pool in summer through the single glass window. The price they charged me (160 EUR without breakfast) was outrageous for the offered services (and low season), you can get better prices in proper hotels with proper services in the centre of Athens. The room was OK but improvements are needed, in particular there are no courtains at the window (only shades) so options are to either live in the dark or be seen by everybody attending the pool or in the facing buildings. I asked for a late check out and ..... they gracioulsy extended it from 11.00 (Yes, I mean eleven) to 12.30.
