Nous avons réservé cet appartement hotel pour passer une semaine à Marrakech ca a ete le pire choix que j’ai pu faire. A notre arrivée l’accueil laisse à désiré on nous attribue notre appart celui ci n’a rien a voir avec les photos sur le site de reservation. Une odeur nauseabonde s'échappe de la salle de bain il manque un store dans la pièce principal ce qui vous oblige à vous lever tôt le matin !!! La literie laisse à désirer un vieux drap même pas à la taille du lit sert de couette. Pas d’armoire pour mettre nos vêtements oblige de les poser sur un canapé. Des traveaux sont en cours à côté de l'hôtel ce qui rend les grasses matinées impossible. Nous devons partager les serviettes car d'après les dires de la femme de ménage et de la fille de l’accueil (enceinte) la propriétaire refuse d’en donner plus... il y a eu des jours de pluie à Marrakech notre appart a ete inondé ca a ete la croix et la banniere pour joindre là réception !!! La réceptionniste enceinte n’est même pas accueillante passe ses journées sur son tel et ne répond même pas à nos sollicitations. On a du quitter l’hôtel plus tôt c'est devenu invivable. On a demandé à parler à la responsable mais en vain. D’après ces deux dames citées plus haut elle ne prête pas attention aux clients. Je suis étonné si par chance Mme la propriétaire de dar gueliz vous lisez ce message n’hésitez pas à me contacter car j'aimerai éclaircir ces zones d’ombres!!!!!

Stayed in Ambre apartment. We loved the size and the way it is arranged... but there are a few small things that would not cost much to make it a tiny bit better. BEWARE staff go snooping in your room when you are out. One day as soon as we left, one of the receptionists went in. She spent a long time going through the fridge (we had cooked food in there). She was also trying to open an aluminium container (anyone who lifted it up could tell immediately it was empty, but she was trying to open it. Why?). In one bedroom she opened the chest of drawers to see what was inside and left them open. One day one of the receptionists telephoned the room to ask if I wanted housekeeping. She came up with the cleaner and a man. She and the cleaner walked in and she started moving the dining table and took a chair without telling me what she was doing. I had to ask. All this is happening with the door open and the man standing at the door. When she called she didn't tell me all this and to make myself descent. Beds comfortable. Bedding very clean. Good wifi. Air conditioning in one bedroom wasn't working. Although it took them 3 days to fix it we asked and got a small heater for the room. But even before it was fixed we were asked for it back because they were cold at reception. We didn't because obviously we needed it. Couches clean. I was impressed. There were no cups or mugs. Not sure how they expect you to have your coffee or tea. No English channels whatsoever on the television. Do they not expect English speaking guest? I don't really watch TV on holiday but it's nice to catch up with the news especially when having dinner. Large balcony. OK views. Although in the pictures you can see patio furniture, there was none. Not inviting as doesn't get cleaned or swept. The railings are so dirty you cannot hang clothes on even though we tried to clean it. Lots of light fittings but many bulbs missing and the ones that works are very dull/dim it made the apartment uninviting and claustrophobic. A bulb in the kitchen wasn't working, asked for them to change it. After a few days nothing, had to ask again. After 11pm one night someone telephoned to say they can change it now or before 8am next morning (after 11pm? That's shows no respect. AND who wakes up before 8am on holiday?). Mustafa came after 11pm with the wrong bulb. It never got changed. We had to cook using our phone for extra lighting as the one that works was to far away from the hob and very, very dim. I am very sceptical about any good reviews about Mustafa as he is rude and very unpleasant. He pointed to the light in the reception corridor and said, "Look one light." He made up his mind that he wasn't going to change the bulb. He said "Guests don't complain." Unacceptable response and behaviour just to replace a bulb. One roll of toilet paper for 3 days per apartment. One towel each for 3 days. Bedding not changed or asked to be changed in 10 days. Curtains disgusting. In one bedroom it was ju

Bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. Certains endroits de la location etaient vétustes, pas tres bien entretenus. Mais fait très bien l'affaire pour un sejour de courte durée.

Uncomfortable apartment poor management Such uncomfortable apartment. The Wi-Fi was not working for the fist 6 hours of our arrival. The tv was not working it was sorted at first by a technician. But through out the evening it kept losing signal. There are lots of problems with the apartment the bed is so uncomfortable because it’s so hard. When I spoke about this all I was given was a cover to put over the mattress. The sofa was so uncomfortable it is like a park bench covered in material, we where unable to relax comfortably. The balcony is covered in pigeon faeces and pigeons are nesting on the Air-con unit. We were not able to use the balcony due to this and the tiny size of it. The balcony also doesn’t lock I have taken videos of this. The fridge in the apartment was not keeping our food cold and there was ants everywhere on the fridge and in the kitchen. There was wires hanging out of sockets and the lamp in the living room was hanging off. There was no dining table in the room and in the description of the apartment it stated dining room table. I brought this up and later they put a dining room table into the apartment. I was not happy with the apartment. I don’t believe it matches the description of the advertisement and I was not able to relax with the uncomfortable furnishings. I felt the manager made no attempt to meet me or offer us a different apartment. He should no a professional approach to us as guests and didn’t even introduced himself to
