Dear Sofitel Marrakesh Team, As a loyal guest who has been staying at Sofitel Marrakesh for the past 15 years, I want to express my continued appreciation for the high standard of service, comfort, and hospitality your hotel consistently delivers. My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. Franchement je suis déçu du service de Sofitel ces derniers mois.  J’ai remarqué que le staff change en permanence du coup comme je suis client depuis 2004, à chaque fois je en chez in je tombe sur des nouvelles personne qui connaissent pas la personne qui savent pas ce que je prend comme chambre du coup ça me déçoit un peu contrairement à avant que à chaque fois je suis en Check in j’ai toujours eu le bon service contrairement à aujourd’hui que le staff se comporte d une manière limite t es client comme les autres. Alors que les raisons pour lesquels je viens à Sofitel et non pas aux autres hôtels c st surtout par rapport au service . Je pense il est temps de changer le Sofitel et aller au Fairmont ou à mamounia puisque les prix sont identique

Toujours une merveilleuse expérience

My stay at Sofitel was very comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Service was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Service at the breakfast buffet and pools was a little slow due to how busy it was, but the staff were always trying their best and attentive. The public areas were clean and well maintained, there was fast internet and the room facilities were clean and comfortable.

Très bon hôtel sur tous les plans. Les prix des boissons à la piscine excessivement chers (8 euros un Coca!!!) À revoir urgemment !
