Buena experiencia en el Riad… precio acorde

We had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jibril during our visit to Marrakech, and what a delightful experience it was! Our host, Iheb, truly deserves the title of a legend. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, he made our stay memorable. Whilr it may not be a 5-star hotel, it provided a unique and authentic Moroccan experience that exceeded our expectations. The riad itself, with its traditional architecture, was clean and inviting. The highlight was undoubtedly the serene terrace, a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. One evening, we indulged in sheesha on the terrace, a delightful experience that only cost us around 70 MAD. We also had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, where we enjoyed delicious tagines at a very reasonable price of 60 MAD each. The chef's culinary skills were truly impressive. The breakfast served each morning was traditional and homely too! What made our stay truly special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Iheb and the staff. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. We were even befriended by the two adorable resident kittens, Sofia, the long-haired tabby, and Leena, the ginger kitten. Their presence added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The location of Riad Jibril was perfect, and the camel in front of the money exchange served as an excellent landmark. The riad was on the opposite alleyway, second door, making it easy to find. We especially enjoyed its proximity to Kasbah, near Zeitun Cafe, a favorite spot of ours to visit at night. The lantern-lit terrace at the cafe provided majestic views that made our evenings even more memorable.

Excellent location, clean, friendly staff

Le riad en lui-même est magnifique mais il a besoin d'un rafraîchissement complet: murs, décoration, meubles, literies, linges de maison etc... Le riad n'est pas indiqué, l'accueil est correcte mais bien inférieur à ce que l'on a connu dans les autres riads de notre séjour

Pessima experiência eu e minha família obteve com esse Riad, primeiro que eu paguei para me hospedar em outro Riad, e tive a supresa que as minhas reservas não existiam, aí fui transferida para esse lugar horroroso, diria que é um quarto de quinta categoria, mobiliário velho chuveiro com água gelada , banheiro pequeno sem nenhuma estrutura, toalhas velhas , roupa de cama horrorosa! Café da manhã horrível, nos serviam com louças sujas e alimentação sinceramente com dúvidas de higiene em sua manipulação, meu filho teve uma infecção alimentar. Não tenho nada a falar positivamente, fora o cheiro forte de gatos pelo ambiente. Além de toda a pessima experiencia , ainda queriam me cobrar taxa de hospedagem de 2,5 euros por diária , por pessoa! Respeito a opinião das pessoas, mas dizer que esse hotel é bom, me desculpe, pois não se trata de luxo, e sim de entregar o básico com capricho. NÃO RECOMENDO NEM DE GRAÇA !!!!
