I regret to share my disappointing experience withRiad Djemanna. Due to a flight cancellation, we were unable travel to Marrakech, yet they refused to refund the charges. Despite our attempts to explain that the situation was beyond our control, the hotel remained inflexible and uncooperative. Our messages went unanswered, and it took contacting the booking platform three times to receive a response. Ultimately, we were told that we had to pay, despite the impossibility to travel. Such a lack of understanding and poor customer service is truly unacceptable.
