Beautiful location, pictures don’t do it justice, stunning surroundings. Downfall was the buffet food. We booked for a day pass and was told it would be a la carte but was a buffet. Not great food at all and slow service when it came to ordering drinks. Overall amazing location, very picturesque but downfall is customer service and food

This hotel is simply wow! The rooms are amazing, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the quality of food and service at the restaurant is very good. In other words, everything was simply perfect! I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip in Marrakech. If I really have to nitpick, I’d say that having only one restaurant might make the food options feel a bit monotonous after a while. But you’d have to stay a long time for that to happen, since the menu is big enough to cover many days — especially considering there are two menus: one with traditional Moroccan dishes and another with international cuisine.

Booked the hotel. They mysteriously canceled the wedding I was attending and my reservation then stole my money to pay the grooms debt leaving me with no hotel. Then they lied to Amex about it. Horrible hotel.

FRAUDULENT. Stole my money and lied to American Express. DO NOT BOOK HERE. We booked a room directly with the hotel in order to attend a wedding. Following a dispute between the hotel and the groom, the wedding was cancelled. We then received an email from the hotel stating that our room payments had been applied to settle the groom’s outstanding debt under his contract with them. As a result, we now have flights to Marrakech in two days but no accommodation. This is an unacceptable way to treat guests. A customer who books directly with a hotel should never be held financially responsible for a third party’s contractual obligations. We did not pay the groom, nor did he book on our behalf—we made our reservation with the hotel directly. While we understand that cancellations made by us might result in forfeited funds, diverting our payment to cover someone else’s debt is completely inappropriate.
