Riad Kheirredine

What a wonderful Riad! We were well cared for before we arrived and that care continued throughout our entire stay. All the team are so friendly and helpful, advising us on trips to take, places to visit, organising taxis, recommending restaurants etc. The homemade lemonade is so refreshing and available whenever you request. We ate at the roof restaurant twice and the food and service were both really lovely. The breakfast sets you up for the day, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruits, breads, eggs however you wish, we didn't eat lunch most days as we were so full. The room was so spacious, the bathroom luxurious and the bed very comfortable indeed. I almost forgot, daily laundry included in your stay, an amazing service. We would strongly recommend a stay at the this riad.

Everything about Riad Kheirredine screams luxury. The staff were the most pleasant people I had met in Marrakech. Their intentionality is unmatched. They had fruits and savories in our room at all times. They were so eager to clean our room anytime we stepped out. The placement of everything in that room and Riad was carefully thought of. The food, dessert and cocktails were amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I'm definitely going back soon.

We had truly amazing time at the Riad Kheirredine! The service was absolutely incredible. The team helped with transfer from and to the airport in a comfortable car. We were guided to the Riad by a team member as narrow streets can be confusing on the first day. Later we were navigating by ouselves. Fadwa gave us very warm welcome at the Riad, showing all parts of it and our beutiful room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We were pleased to know that they provide free laundry, as much as you need water, and the room is cleaned twice a day! She also gave us a detailed map with sightseeings pin pointed which was very helpful. We were given a mobile phone. That was so handy! We could contact the reception from outside anytime and use mobile data. Breakfasts were very good, consisted of 2 parts. You will love it! We tried Riad's spa, too. It was lovely with hammam and such a good relaxing massage, that I fell asleep. The team helped us organise a trip to Essaouira. And one evening we asked for skewers which were not on the menu for dinner, and the chef cooked them for us! All in all it was just another level of experience, service and hospitality. Whatever you wish the team is always there to assist you and make your stay unforgettable. We did not want to leave! Thank you so much Fadwa and the whole team for being so caring! We will be back. One advise for guests if you wish to have a room with TV, then contact the Riad and they will help chose a right room for you as not all of them have TV.

What an amazing find! The Riad is stunning in every way, from the hidden, calm location through to the fantastic staff who are on hand to assist with everything you might need for a thoroughly enjoyable break. Location is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh life down one of the many alleyways, but is still only a 5-10 minute walk from the main souk. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We had a mobile phone given to us with maps a small amount of data so that we could keep in contact via WhatsApp or text and one of the boys would be sent to meet us and walk us back at any time of day or night. Highly recommended is first night’s dinner (on the roof terrace if weather permits) and a walking tour guide. The Walking tour guide was fantastic and showed us local sights we would never have found as tourists, a real 5* must.

My husband booked this for my 60th birthday celebration. He booked directly with the Riad and the staff kept in touch with him to check our flight times as they provide a pick up service. When we arrived there was a bit of a problem, but the staff minimised the issue by showing total professionalism and dedication, which is a true measure of a great hotel. The Riad is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, with views across the city and the breakfast was amazing, one of the best I have ever had! There is no need to book dinner, as the restaurant is only available for guests that are staying there. Riad Kherredine is a truly magical place, 3 pools and a spa, both of which we had the pleasure of using. Whilst the Riad was fully booked, it never felt busy or crowded. And now on to the staff... I can honestly say that I have never experienced a better service! The staff all know who you are and cater for all of your needs, they smile, spend time chatting with you, ask you about your day, but are not overly familiar, in short you want for nothing. They even escort you to the taxi pick up place, incase you get lost (we had an 5:30am pick up for a balloon ride) and they were there to escort us, just incase! They also provide mobile phones when you go out, just incase! We have travelled to many places around the world, we have stayed at The Emirate's Palace and cruised in the Queens Grill with Cunard, but I have to say that Riad Kherredine is one of the nicest places that we have ever stayed, service is second to none! We will definitely return.

Great communication prior to the trip. They were quick to reply to any questions and made us feel reassured. On arrival we were taken back with the beauty of the Riad, it felt like we were in luxury. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating making us feel safe and at home from the very beginning. We were provided with a mobile phone to keep in contact with whilst out and about, organising taxis to pick us up from wherever our location. There is a beautiful roof top bar/ lounge/ restaurant with great service. Our room was cleaned twice a day with free laundry service and on my girlfriend's birthday they surprised us with a birthday cake and a sweet gift in the room. We couldn't recommend this place more.
