The hotel is located in an old and new area, about 20 minutes' walk away! The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. They shared the restaurant 🍴 travel details and the suites have a Moroccan style. I am very satisfied.

Positives: location away from souk so not busy or noisy. Riad is full of trees, birds and even tortoises like a mini oasis. Breakfast was lovely and traditional Moroccan dinner. People were lovely, accommodating and keep it clean. Suite YSL is on rooftop, have own garden and rooftop for views/sunbathing. Cash machine on same road and convenience store. Negatives: location means you have to walk to main areas. Situated where people work so u may hear noise in the day. No fridge in Suite, would be ideal for water/refreshments. Overall, lovely oasis with friendly service and not busy like hotels.

This was our 1st trip to this Riad but it won’t be the last. It was just amazing. Ali was so welcoming and gave us lots of tips to get around Marrakesh. Even though they don’t serve wine ( only beers ) Ali managed to rustle my wife and I a couple of glasses of white wine before dinner. The food was so fantastic, all home cooked. The walk into the main square took about 15 minutes and as ever in Morocco, it was an assault on the senses. We had no trouble finding or getting back to the Riad in one piece. Well done to all the staff.

A warm welcome awaits you at this Riad. Nice rooms, with Moroccan flavours. A nice roof top to relax after exploring the local Medina. The food (Tegiines) at the Riad are very good. If there was one criticism the dinner plates were cold. Please warm plates so the hot food served remains at a reasonable temperature.

Spent 7 nights in the Riad, which is a peaceful oasis in the madness of Marrakech. All the staff are lovely and so helpful . We ate out twice during our stay but the food was no better than the excellent meals provided nightly by Waffa . The roof terrace was great for evening drink watching the sunset.

This Riad was wonderful. On entering you entered an oasis or calm and tranquilty. Lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful garden setting for a superb breakfast and for eveing dinner if you booked in advance. Close enough to the centre for a short walk day or night. Would thoroughly recommend The friendly tortoises are great too!!

We went to Marrakesh to celebrate my husbands 70 th birthday & stayed at the Riad Laurence Olivier which was excellent in every way ! The Staff were extremely helpful & very friendly the room was amazing & the food beyond delicious. . Highly recommend

My daughter and me spent 7 nights in Riad Laurence Olivier this February and we had an absolutely amazing holiday! It was our first time in Marrakech and staff of the Riad made our holiday extra special. Everyone - Simone, Mohammed, Ali, Fatima were mega helpful and friendly, gave us a lot of recommendations, tips and tricks for our holiday, and were happy to help with anything and everything! The owner of the place Laurence is super friendly and often found talking to her guests ensuring everyone is having the best time! She even gave my daughter and me a very nice present for a Valentine's day! 🥰 The Riad itself is absolutely beautiful, every single detail is stunning, rooms, orange trees, swimming pool, resident tortoises, birds singing their beautiful songs. My daughter and me also had a pleasure to visit Riad's very own hamam and utterly enjoyed it! The Riad is also situated in the very convenient place in Medina, all main sights are in a walking distance - Bahia palace, Saadian tombs, Jenaa En Fna square, souks, Le Jardin Secret (10-15 minutes walk). Majorelle gardens are about 20 minutes away by car. Simone also helped us with a trip to Agafay desert which was a magical experience! Thank you so much everyone for our lovely stay, we are absolutely in love with Marrakech and Riad Laurence Olivier! ❤️
