Best service I have ever had, at a hotel - fixed my computer, walked me to the army is bus stops, staff always available to answer questions. Big breakfasts near shops,restaurants, transport, the ocean. It was a terrific choice to stay at as well as spotless, strong water and they even have me an upgraded room.

Je ne comprends pas les commentaires positifs concernant cet " hôtel ". J'ai eu une offre booking. Il a fallu payer 10eu de plus pour avoir la climatisation soit 76eu pour une chambre petite, vieux mobilier, literie molle et bas de gamme. On nous file du gel douche qui ressemble à du liquide vaisselle ( heureusement que j en avais acheté auparavant). Ma fille n'a pas dormi de la nuit tellement c'est mal insonorisé. N espérez pas dormir non plus le matin, vous serez réveillé dès 7h du matin par les bruits des chaises venant de la salle du petit déjeuner. La rue est très mal fréquentée le soir. Ça a été une de mes pires expériences hôtelières et nous a gâché notre séjour à Gozo. Pour le même prix vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux ailleurs. Et n oubliez pas de prendre du cash car l'appareil cb ne fonctionne pas soi disant. Bref. Fiyez

Clean hotel Very clean and centrally located. One block away fomr the harbour lined with restaurants. Bus and groceries one block thr other way. Good breakfast too.

I had booked a one-night stay for my daughter and her friends, and I was certain I had booked from Saturday, March 1st, to March 2nd. I sent the deposit via Revolut, and everything seemed fine up to that point. I made the booking over the phone, and to be fair, I never asked for a booking confirmation – that was my mistake. When Saturday arrived, they went to check in, only to be told that the booking was actually for the previous night. I called the owner, but he kept insisting that he had tried calling me and couldn’t reach me. However, when I asked him to show me the call log as proof, he refused. When I asked for the deposit back, he said he couldn’t refund it because it was our fault. He didn’t even have the decency to try and offer them an alternative solution. Unfortunately, they lost their entire night out since we couldn’t find another place for them to stay. It’s not about the €50 deposit, but about the way we were treated. Be careful, because they might do the same to you, especially during busy periods. It really felt like a scam.

Vist Gozo Hyvä oli. tuli illalla ja työntekijä tuli avaamaan sovitusti. Aamiainen oli malta/englanti ja sai tehdä oman aamisen itse, ja koskaplen vammainen sain apua pyytämättä. Kiitos
