I thought it was closer to airport. I took a taxi. Yes possible to work but ...
But waling distance to Nec. That yes. It is true.
Food was good. I did not expect but really a ok restaurant.
Service excellence
Room really ok.
Next time I probably.could walk from airport now that I know where it is

Standard Premier Inn accommodation ideal for an overnight stay before flying from Birmingham Airport or visiting the NEC. Good sized car park, which is chargeable separately to the hotel. On site restaurant, provided a good choice of reasonably priced meals. Good service from staff despite it being busy.

Great place to stay. Quick walk to NEC, even halls at the opposite end of the complex. Hotel has a stylish bar/restaurant, helpful staff, great breakfast, comfy beds.

Fence blocked off so no access to NEC had to walk around barriers Sound in dining area very loud since refurbishment Very expensive parking as per 24th ours not per night Staff very helpful and friendly

As always, lovely clean room, incredibly comfy bed, and the restaurant next door was actually quite good. Standard pub fayre, but good value, cooked well, tasty, and very friendly accommodating staff. Even the all you can eat breakie the next morning was nicer than most ive had at other Premier Inns! If I'm up Birmingham way again, I'd make a beeline for the NEC hotel. The only thing I found slightly off, is the quite expensive £15 charge for overnight parking.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful with check in. The publoc areas are bright and cheerful. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The room has all the essential facilities. Excellent service and breakfast was very good value for money.

Very clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful and food amazing. Beds are clean and the rooms best nights sleep. Food is amazing and cheap. Staff very friendly and helpful if I needed anything. Was able to leave my luggage for the day and come back for it as I had an event to go to. Best stay
