No consideration.Very disappointing.Nagchat kami sa kanila and nakiusap if pede ma resched Ang stay kasi hindi nakalanding Ang plane ng cebu pacific kasi masama Ang panahon so the pilot divert passengers back to manila because of the bad weather condition.Sabi Nila Ang online booking Ang responsible for changes pero Ang sabi ng trip.com the hotel refused to change anything about our booking.31500 binayaran namin and 7k binalik ng trip.com but the hotel didn’t do anything.

Avoid this place at all costs. When I checked in, the room was still dirty. There was dirt stains all over the comforter, the bathroom was wet and dirty, and the toilet didn’t flush. They sent a guy to fix the toilet and it took over an hour. Then, the keycard to the room stopped working. They had me sit in the room without electricity, which also means no AC, for over an hour while they “fixed” the card. It never happened. The key stopped working a second time, when I came tl back with some takeout food. I asked if I could sit by the pool and eat my lunch while they fixed the card for over an hour again. They denied me bc “no outside food is allowed by the pool”. WORK WITH ME HERE! I literally had to get someone from the front desk to open the door for me every time I came into the hotel bc the key never worked. On top of all of this, the hotel offered me ZERO compensation. Not a move to a room with a key that actually worked, no upgrade, no free meal, absolutely nothing. Worst customer service experience of my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Probably one of the better options in town besides the cherish hotel. The rooms were clean, restaurant had great food and staff was friendly. Would recommend.

Not worth the aggravation. Photos, dining inside, room service, air conditioning, hot water are extremely poor. Serious issue with reservations. I booked through ******* for 3 nights and the hotel had the wrong dates and never mentioned it until the last night so I had to purchase an extra night. Seriously stay away from this place! I stand by my review because its accurate and true. Going through ******* for a refund on that extra night the hotel charged me.

Ingen rengøring, ingen tømning af affaldsspande.
Flinke mennesker der arbejdede der.....men ikke ét godt hotel , ét 2 stjernet hotel max.
Ingen morgenmad, kun hvis vi kunne fortælle hvornår....eksempelvis kl.9.10...æg mm brev stegt og varmet 9.10...og var vi der ikke til tiden og dét var kold...ja, bare ærgerlig...og dét skulle forudbestilles dagen før....ikke noget med buffet som normalt andre steder, indenfor bestemt tidsrum.....
Dejlig personale.....men resten ér ikke pengene værd...særligt mangel på rengøring, tømme affald og morgenmaden var under al kritik.....
Kun deres swimmingpools trak lidt op....men mest for små børn...

Perfect spot for some fun! I was looking for a place to relax and enjoy and with my luck this hotel has it all. Now, it’s my go-to during the holidays when I’m spending time with family. Tip: Bring the kids, they will definitely enjoy the different types of swimming pools here.
