4 bedroom cape home on the end of a cul-de-sac which provides a private, quiet, peaceful getaway that is a central location to all Cape Cod attractions. This Cape Cod home is spacious and well equipped, with a very large and private yard and deck overlooking a wooded lot., with table and chairs and a propane gas grill. Beautiful, bright kitchen with plenty of counter space and storage. Two spacious upstairs bedrooms with queen size beds. There are two downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a twin size bed . Sliding glass doors, allowing nature in. Very peaceful atmosphere to relax in after a great day at the wonderful local beaches. Two full baths and outdoor shower. 45 minute drive off-Cape to Plymouth, Massachusetts site of Plymouth Rock and the landing of the pilgrims in 1620. 2020 was the 400th anniversary with celebrations in Plymouth and Provincetown, Mass. Very close to hiking paths, few miles from beaches.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:We request that guests do not eat or drink in the bedrooms. Great quiet place! We spent a week there with 4 of us. The place was nice, clean and quiet at the end of a road backed up to woods. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back for sure.

Comfortable house, lovely location We had a nice four-day stay while visiting family prior to Thanksgiving. The house was clean and welcoming. The hosts were quick to communicate and all went perfectly. If this property is available when we next come, we’ll definitely start again.

Excellent Excellent stay at a well kept property. 3 friends and I came out to hunt ducks in the area. It was nice being centrally located. Lots of good food in the area. Very quiet neighborhood.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood We really enjoyed our stay, the only issue was there was no air conditioning on the first floor and only window air conditioners in the two upstairs bedrooms. Otherwise the house was very nice and clean.

Cape cod cottage Overall the stay was wonderful. Our hosts left many things in case you forgot something like shampoo, a nice beach chair or even your fishing pole. Steve and Nancy left a very nice welcome bag of chocolates and a resourceful welcome guide. Our only compliant about the property is that there is only a love seat in the living room. Many of us had to resort to using our camping chairs. Other than that it was a wonderful time staying on Cape Cod and running in the Cape Cod marathon.

Spacious bedrooms, quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen/bath This house was much as described, in good repair. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, silverware, and some condiments and paper items as well. There were towels and bath items as well as laundry including soap. So nice to have these things. The two upstairs bedrooms were very large. Bedrooms felt a little empty without dressers, but beds were good and had linens and blankets. There was even wood outside and starter for a campfire. We really enjoyed the house, it was convenient to north and south beaches, and we took day trips to Provincetown and Boston (about 1-1.5 hour one way). The only thing I noticed was some ability for improvement in the upstairs bathroom - it could have been cleaned a bit better and there was a bit of mold on ceiling. -- Overall a very easy and comfortable stay. We would stay there again.

Mashpee The house and location were nice. The back deck was great had table and chairs with a grill for cooking.The couch was comfortable but the rest of the seating wasn’t very comfortable.The beds were comfortable.Every thing we used worked well stove,fridge,coffee maker and kitchen was well equipped.
