El poder hacer el check-in independiente por llegar tarde al hotel. Aparcamiento en las instalaciones. La amplitud de la habitación y del baño. La temperatura de la habitación. El café mañanero. Para mi gusto la almohada era muy baja.

Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione per visitare il Lago di Como: il residence è nuovo, spazioso, le camere sono spaziose e c’è un bello spazio all’aperto. Noi abbiamo viaggiato con il nostro cane e lo ritengo idoneo a chi viaggia con il proprio animale domestico. La posizione è ottima: è a 10 minuti da Como e da Cernobbio. La ragazza alla reception è molto preparata e gentile. Lo consiglio.

Residence elegante a due passi dal confine con la Svizzera. Camera ampia, pulita, silenziosa, calda e confortevole. Abbiamo trascorso due piacevolissime notti riposando bene e senza rumori esterni. Le foto sono veritiere! Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

We were staying in Residence Caffe Maya for a night from 1st to 2nd April 2023. The hotel receptionist gave us all necessary instructions before the check in. Be aware that the reception is open until 19:00. If you arrive later, you need to tell in advance, so the receptionist can give you instructions for the check in. The hotel is very modern, clean and situated very close to the border with Switzerland in a nice quiet area. Swiss flags were literary visible from our windows. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel was not noisy at all during our stay. Our hotel room had a little kitchen electric stove, a coffee machine and a little fridge. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, but there is a little cafe 800 meters away down the street. Highly recommended if you need to stay for a quiet family night.
