Complejo agradable y super tranquilo a pesar de su alto nivel de ocupación en estas fechas. Zonas comunes, piscina y solarium muy limpios y bien mantenidas Bungalows básicos pero en muy buen estado de conservación y con con el mobiliario , elementos y utensilios de cocina necesarios para una cómoda estancia , incluido el aire acondicionado. Personal de servicios eficiente y el Recepcionista muy amable , ágil y resolutivo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable.

The complex is very quite,all the staff on reception are friendly.The apartments are bacic but clean and everything works.They don't clean during the stay they do change towels 3 times a week.The supermarket is a few minutes walk and bus stop just 5 minutes walk.The free WiFi worked perfectly.

Wir haben hier sehr schöne 3 Wochen verlebt; im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Gästen, die hier dem Winter im Norden entfliehen und oft viel länger hier sind. Viele Skandinavier und ein paar Deutsche. Insgesamt ist es hier wunderschön ruhig und erholsam. Die Wohneinheiten haben alles was man braucht, aber auch nur das; das ein oder andere Geschirr oder Besteck mehr wäre schön gewesen, aber nicht notwendig. Alles hat gut funktioniert, und wenn mal was nicht funktioniert hat wurde es sofort repariert oder ausgetauscht (Kaffeemaschine). Ein Traum ist der Pool im Herzen der Anlage, schön groß und tief genug für die Schwimmer und jeden Morgen top gereinigt. Überhaupt das Personal: sehr nett und fleißig, es gab nichts zu mäkeln. Es gibt einen Bus-Shuttle zum Leuchtturm in Maspalomas, man braucht nicht unbedingt ein Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar

Only one word for this complex…….. “exceptional”. Spotlessly clean, staff are amazing, nothing too much trouble. The pool area is cleaned daily the rooms are beautifully maintained and any issues immediately rectified. We’ve stayed all around this area and sadly never thought about here to our loss! Peaceful, clean and friendly. Away from the bustle of the holiday resorts but close enough to all the south coast has to offer. We had a very limited budget and for the price the apartments were excellent. Downstairs terrace plus a bedroom balcony and an outside back area for drying. The double bed rooms all overlook the pool. Super comfortable bed and pillows. It is basic but has everything you need and it most importantly it was very clean. Towels can be changed three times a week and there’s a coin operated washing machine and dryer. The pool was much bigger than the photos suggest and a wonderful temperature. Plenty of beds and never crowded. There’s a good priced spa a few doors down for everyday essentials and fresh pastries and a bigger supermarket with shops a few mins drive away. We hired a car and there’s plenty of safe parking on the street outside. There’s also a lovely park you can walk to with a 1K running track and a public garden area with some outdoor gym equipment opposite. It was quiet and laid back and we loved coming back after a day exploring, dipping in the pool, freshening up and then heading back out to walk along the sea, shops and restaurants by the lighthouse. We hope to come back again.

A great, perfect vacation. Good service, good vibes and sun. What more could you ask for? Ok, the bar is closed, but Spar is next door, so you won't be surprised if you're thirsty. Nice people and good atmosphere. I highly recommend. See you at the pool next Christmas.
